They ran diagnostics, bench tested and pool tested. Determined the unit needed a new motor unit - that they had in stock. Replaced the motor unit. I suspect they probably had several hours of labor diagnosing and repairing but they only charged me for the part. Yep, no labor charge! So for ~$300, I got my cleaner back in operation. My husband and an employee ended up getting into a conversation about the previous owners of our home leaving an old Hayward pool pump and filter system here. Next thing you know, we left with pipes and parts needed to connect that pump to our pool. The following March, we were back there again, only this time it was to purchase a much bigger and better above ground pool from them. We opted for the 15ft x 30ft oval pool, 52" deep. They made the process easy, and within a month, our pool was installed and ready to go. It would have only been 2 weeks, but weather was consistently nasty and the date kept getting pushed back. They even make bundle packages to include decks, which we took advantage of. Since then, we've used them for products, free water testing, advice, and more. It's always a pleasure going to Spa and Tub, and the kids love getting to see all of the hot tub and pool displays when we go in. These guys (and ladies!) are always incredibly helpful teaching me how to keep my pool top notch and sparkling clean, and never try to sell us anything we don't need. I trust them 100%. If cleaning and maintaining your pool isn't your thing, they offer those services as well. Give them a call.

I'm not sure yet, because I haven't been able to use it. My backyard was a tricky install due to a very steep slope. Communication was severely lacking with the plan and install. Salesman didn't go over any install plans, just said an installer would get with me due to the install being unique. Our installer (Sean) was very polite and seemed very knowledgeable. The install requires 2 retaining walls, the First was done quickly to allow the pool install. The second one took 3 days of phone calls before someone showed up. Once they did arrive (after 5 pm) I had to leave and asked if I could just leave payment with them. Owner (Zeb) asked me to leave it in his truck. Opened his door and there were bottles of beer with condensation on them, obviously cold, so not only were they drinking while working on my property, but also driving. I was left with a huge gap between my house and retaining wall. When I called to see about someone returning to fill that in, I was told that was my responsibility unless I paid an additional $500 after I had already paid a total of $5700 for install and retaining walls. So, I spent a week after working my regular job outside with a shovel to fill in the gap so my foundation to my home wouldn't crack. I'm sure this review should have gone somewhere else, that Pool and Spa are simply selling a product and then done with it, but anyone reading this needs to be aware of what happens after you buy. Ask questions, be persistent and demand all steps in writing. I would buy a product from Pool and Spa but wouldn't recommend any work done by Zeb or Brown Construction.

We received over a year later it in February 2022. We received no customer service to train us on the Swim Spa. A truck driver literally dropped a boxed swim spa in our backyard. We stopped by the Pensacola office and requested a users manual which they emailed to us. We have had numerous problems - I could write a book, but basically the pump on the hot tub side went out. It took forever to get the pump shipped and get a service person to come fix it, now the divider that separates the hot side from the cold side is warped and leaking. Also, the cold side quit working for a while so we reported this problem and now they are saying that we do not have our wires installed correctly. They didn't say anything about the wiring when they fixed the hot tub pump . But now they are saying there's something wrong with our wiring. So we hired the professional electrician yet again to set it up as their tech guy explained-- they talked on the phone to make sure we were getting it right. So I sent the updated pictures to prove that the wiring was fixed. Now they are saying it's still not correct and some of the wiring needs to be removed! Now it's fixed and we are waiting on "Henry" to bring the parts and service our swim spa. They are literally the hardest people to work with I have ever seen in my life I would not recommend them to my worst enemy stay away from this company LPI is the name of the company when you call the service number. A week later we were scheduled for liner replacement on Monday. No show no call. Showed up Tuesday. New liner installed. Husband noticed the ball valves hadn't been installed. Texted Kevin I. Regards to our upgraded ladder still hasn't shown up & let him know about the ball valves. He said his guys did t have any in their truck during the install which was over 2 weeks ago. I guess they just weren't going to install them which are important for pool maintenance. The ladder situation- no upgraded ladder since I had texted Devin that we would order our own set of steps. Plus a pool bottom mat. I never received an acknowledgment on our request. So we assumed we would get the upgraded ladder still. I didn't order the set we wanted. My complaint or should say dissatisfaction with Syan pools would be lack of communication & not installing a completed piping system which was paid for. Hopefully Kevin shows up this week to install the ball valves as he stated. It Friday @ 5pm. So maybe tomorrow.
