    New ownership, much improved. P-A-P pool repair and service has been great. Service is prompt, reasonably priced and gets the job done.

    The service was just that service. We used Pools & More for 2 1/2 years only because they serviced…read morethe pool for previous owners. One service he did perform was that he kept the pool clear for that duration. We always had the same person service our pool. (His name was Joe one of the owners) Then we remodeled our pool so I checked the equipment a little closer making sure of no issues and I noticed things that Joe checked off on his service tags for that were not done. So I let a week go by, everyone forgets, then the next week was the same. (Leaves and a stick were in pump basket for three weeks) So I texted Joe and he did not like me questioning his performance. (Gee most companies evaluate their employees for increases and when you a service company we are your Boss and if you are not performing your job we are the one to tell you) Below are texts between myself and Joe. (If Joe would put down his cell phone while working, he would be able to concentrate on his job and satisfy his customers) (Me) Hi Joe, I'm not really sure why you bother to fill out your service tags and leave them for me when you don't bother doing the things you check off. Joe (owner) I really don't know why you would think this would be an appropriate message to send to me. You weren't very specific with your message but I just repaired the pool vacuum for 220$ which I am kind enough to put in your pool free of charge and this is how you respond? Would you like to explain the problem? (Me) Well Joe it's your business and you do the service so you should know what I'm talking about, just to help you, for three weeks the pump and strainer has had a stick and leaves in there but you check that you cleaned it! As far as the vacuum that is something that you did because you were tired of hearing us tell you the pool was dirty. Haven't complaint because the pool has been clear which is also what I pay you for. It's to bad you can't take criticism, if that was your employee you would fire them for lying to your customer. Worked out well because I was waiting for you this morning to do the same.
