    Husband called for a specific part needed and spoke to Sarah. Said they had it..Yes, ok coming over. Arrives at 4:30pm Saturday 6/15. So, he goes to the store to pick it up. Sarah and Roy help out. Roy doesn't know which of the two it was holds it up and asks Sarah "Which one?" She tells Roy this one. My husband buys it. Goes home spends an hour putting it in to find out he was sold the wrong item! Wow, husband calls they say sorry and that its too late they dont have the item now it was just sold! Wow, really!! He was so upset he didnt want to even come back to return the item. Why? Because he wasted his time, his money, his hard work trying to fix the pool with his oldest son teaching him how to put the O-ring on i the filter on Fathers Day Weekend. I then arrive at the store 20 minutes before closing to be greeted. Great, just need to talk to the manager on duty. Go straight to the manger to tell him. Manager says it was a simple mistake and what would I like to happen? Guess return the item unless there is any compensation for this. He says we are privately own and cant do that. Then why ask such a question. I said dont you think it was incompetent of your employees to sell the wrong item and have the customer then work an hour to try to put the Oring in the filter and realize he was sold the wrong part. Have to call you to let you know to then here "oh sorry sir we sold it just now". Then his wife comes back to return the item just because he was sold the wrong item! Thats a " simple" mistake. I said I disagree it was incompetent, he disagreed. Honestly, what would you call it? Don't come here so you dont feel frustrated and upset at the incompetence of these people. The lack of the ability to sell you the correct product!

    Terrible customer service. Avoid this store and don't be a victim. They broke my pool pump then tried to charge me to come out and fix it.

We recently discovered Dutchcraft Services and reached out. Cara the owner, was very gracious and advised she would have Ben, her husband, come out and look at the spa pump. Ben came and looked at the pump and felt confident it could be repaired. He ordered the necessary parts and indicated he would let us know when it came in. In the meantime, we mentioned to the pool builder doing the resurfacing that we had contacted Dutchcraft Services to repair the pump. Marty, from US Pools without us asking, stated that Ben does great work and he also recommended them. How cool was that? Ben completed the work. we had a hiccup, not because of anything Ben had done wrong, but the company putting the pebble sheen had plugged the spa to avoid material going into the pipe. They unplugged it and the spa pump works like a charm!! The best part, Ben's price was very reasonable! We are sooo happy with it and we are using the spa more than we ever have! I love this family owned business, they care and are meticulous with their work. Even though I hope we don't have another broken pump, it is reassuring to know Dutchcraft does great work and they are trustworthy and I can contact them should we ever need.. David and Denise

    UPDATE: 5 years post pool- install with this absolute NIGHTMARE of a company. We still deal with…read moreUNEVEN FOUNTAINS because they admitted to skimping out on plumbing and putting our deck jets on one plumbing line with one valve instead of 2, meaning the first fountain closest to the valve gets all the pressure and the second one is very noticeably lower in height because it gets less pressure. Our feet continue to get TORN UP in the pool because they sold us the pebble sheen but put in something MUCH COURSER which destroys everyone's feet. The bottom is SO SO ROUGH! Our concrete continues to be a huge issue and we will eventually have to have it redone or add a French drain because it is SO UNEVEN on one side that rain just sits and creates a complete mess! The roof they put in continues to leak like crazy as it did immediately after completion. People that come over to our home are appalled at the work of this company! I invite anyone and everyone over to see the complete CRAP work of this company! I am shocked they are still in business!

Despite a slight delay with our paver delivery, the entire construction project moved swiftly. Patio's foremen were here to check on us throughout the process and answer and questions. Once the pool was filled, JP from Carefree spent an hour explaining everything we needed to know about our system and maintenance.     On April 1, 2024, I entered into an agreement with the contractor for the complete installation of…read morea swimming pool at my property located in Palm Beach County, FL. The total agreed downpayment was $27,792.95, which I paid in full upfront via wire transfer. This payment represented the contract down-payment to start work. The contractor assured me the work would begin promptly, including obtaining necessary permits from Palm Beach County and commencing excavation, plumbing, structural, and finishing work. However, no permits were obtained (I confirmed this with Palm Beach County Building Division records). No work of any kind has been performed on the site and we had to hire a different contractor. I first became aware that the contractor had no intention of performing the work in October 2024, when repeated requests for updates, start dates, or progress went unfulfilled beyond vague excuses. Since then, I have maintained ongoing contact with the contractor via text messages and calls. In every communication, the contractor has acknowledged receipt of my payment but provided only stories and promises of repayment or future action, with no actual refund or meaningful resolution. Examples include: Promises to "send a check next week" that never materialized. Claims of "financial issues" or "waiting on suppliers" without evidence. Assurances that work would start "soon" repeated with zero follow-through. This pattern demonstrates financial dishonesty/misconduct (misuse or misappropriation of funds paid for a specific project) and abandonment of the job after receiving substantial payment without just cause or written extension. The contractor has failed to commence work within required timelines under F.S. 489.126 and has not refunded any portion despite demands. This has caused me significant financial harm ($27,792.95 lost), and emotional distress.

Pool Perfection builds a top notch quality pool. The whole backyard renovation pool and sunken outdoor Kitchen has made our own piece of paradise everything we could have wished for. We waited a while to submit the review as with any pool project things happen. Pool perfection PM made sure the build went smoothly, any questions or concerns were always addressed in a timely manner. As for the warranty process, we had to have tile replaced within our 1 year warranty period. Max the PM did an amazing job coordinating the new tile selection, to the installation that was completed in one day. Additionally he had the pool cleaned good before restarting the pool. All while standing behind the new tile install to include an additional year warranty on the new tile. We are back up and running and ready to enjoy our piece of paradise once again. If we had to do this again we would most certainly have Pool Perfection doing the work. We appreciate each and every person that had involvement in the process. Thank you!
