I tend to order without sugar or at 25% as I do not like it too sweet. They take pride in their tea brewing method, which I think contributes to the overall taste. The bubble waffles make a great snack, I especially like the chewy texture of the mochi ones. Customer service is great as usual. This is one of my preferred boba shops.

The art on the wall is adorable and reminds me a lot of LA type of boba shops. They have games u can play in store, a huge reminder of how boba shops used to be back then. I love it so much. This is literally the only boba shop we go to in Ventura County now. No other boba shop within Ventura County compares to the quality and care here.

When we arrived, there was an additional 30 minute wait for boba. We opted to skip the boba since we didn't want to wait that long. I ordered on the kiosk and for some reason, the selection for no toppings was not available. I ordered the Mango Coconut, which was refreshing, but didn't taste real. My bf ordered the Brown Sugar Milk Tea which just tasted like milk. The Brown Sugar was stuck to the side of the cup and didn't mix well. It had a goopy texture, which was unappealing and didn't taste good. Would not recommend.
