It is sweet but the pandan cold foam top tasted like a not-overly sweet ice cream that melted into the espresso flavor smoothly. The pineapple spro-jito has an insane, deliciously light pineapple foam that suits the fizzy espresso. It was sweeter than I anticipated, so I actually ended up drinking more of it than my boyfriend did. I can't really speak on the cortado because I didn't taste it but I love being able to immerse myself in a curated coffee experience! We absolutely love to see a local business thriving! This new shop in downtown is just as cool as the original. The decor is thoughtful, colorful, and inviting, creating a space you'll actually want to hang out in for a while. From the vibrant wallpaper to the playful menus, every detail makes it feel cozy, fun, and welcoming. The drinks are always incredible, and my go to for the past few months has been the Blue Lagoon - it's refreshing, tropical, and basically summer in a cup. One of my all time favorites! But I may have found a new obsession...the Jasmine Guava Cloud Guava is one of my favorite fruits, so if it's on a menu, I'm ordering it. This drink is perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness and creaminess, while the jasmine adds a subtle floral finish that ties it all together. It's dangerously good, and I'm already planning my next trip back for another. One of the biggest reasons I love supporting Pincha Boba is the people behind it. The owners are genuinely some of the kindest you'll meet, and it shows in the atmosphere they've created and the incredible team they've built. A huge shoutout to Addi & Lilah for letting me film them in action and somehow cranking out six drinks for my crew and me in record time. You two absolutely crushed it!
