This pincho is one of the best. The best menu items are the plantain burger and the loaded fries. I love all the items on the menu, especially the huge Hawaiian plantains. Pros: Soooo freaking good! I had the California salad with shrimp, brother had the Mediterranean salad with chicken, dad had the Latin rice with shrimp. ALL WERE EXCELLENT! This is my new go-to "fast food" restaurant in west Hialeah. Seriously, we loved all the dishes, service was great, place was clean. Pincho burgers are the bomb. I just love them. This is the third location I've been to. This one is way bigger than the bird road location which is close to home. Here they have way more seating, and more parking at night (when nearby stores are closed). They're pretty fast too given their bigger crew. P.S. My kids were complaining that my order was wrong. (My bad) I had placed the wrong order! The staff and manager were so friendly and helpful they corrected my order to the liking of my kids and they did it quickly and with an amazing attitude! Went here for my birthday celebration dinner with my coworkers. It was about 8 or 9 of us. We got there and there was no line and we quickly ordered and sat down. The food came out fairly quickly, but it didn't come out all together. For example, the waitress delivered my burger, but my side order of fries came out with someone else's dish. Like actually on her plate, so I had to wait until her order came out to get my full meal. I had the Pincho burger w/ bacon. Make sure to ask them to cook it well done if you don't want and pink, because the standard is to cook the burgers to medium/ medium-well temperature. They also have a freestyle Pepsi soda machine. My only complaints were that the condiments are ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard packets. Which I think that's a good thing when you're on the go, but kind of annoying when you dine in instead of having the condiments available on the table. The other complaint was the cashier, although very nice, made some comments that weren't too professional and made my coworkers uncomfortable. Ordered here on a Saturday night for take-out. You can dine in, order take out, or delivery. It is counter service, with a full sit down area. I ordered a plain cheeseburger to share with my minime, and hubs ordered the Mediterranean Steak Pita. The burger was grilled perfectly and the bun was soft. Minime really liked the burger. Hubs really likes the steak pita-but felt it was lacking in Feta Cheese and the Tzatziki sauce-this is why I am giving it 3 Stars, otherwise the food was really good. The pita was huge. We all got fries, and they are the tiny shoestring type, very crispy and yummy. We definitely like coming to this place when we visit in Miami. read more

This location is so much nicer than the Pinecrest location! It's bigger, cleaner and appears to be more organized. Now to the important stuff - the food!! The lettuce wrapped cheeseburger & the bacon ranch fries was the bomb!! My son loved the Pincho burger & the Cajun fries! My husband got a chicken sandwich which he said was good!! Will definitely order the Cajun fries again! My family loved them!! They have a separate ice maker and a cool fountain drink machine! For dessert we had the cookies & cream ice cream sandwich! OMG!! I came here on a Saturday afternoon with a friend and we both ordered a tostones burger and it was really good!! She also ordered a side of sweet potato tots and it was BOMB!!! A bunch of people recommended this place to me so I am glad to have finally tried it. Inside has a cute interior, casual seating with a nice light up "PINCHO" on the wall (great for picture taking if that's what you're looking for!). I saw a bunch of people get the pincho skewers so I definitely will be coming back to try that next. Service was great, and there was plenty of parking. The good: Quick service, tasty food. Easily veganized options (I had the Chicken "Latin" rice bowl and asked to swap the chicken for a veggie burger, skip the cheese and sauce and viola! It's vegan) The bad: The tables were not clean, and the ice machine had mold. The staff was acting a fool, I even saw one of the female staff members throw her hairnet next to the register and then play w her long ponytail. All my friends always said try Pincho Factory, you'll love it. And so I did... and I love every bit about it! As soon as you walk into the restaurant you can smell the goodness of pincho coming straight from the kitchen! I was also really impressed with the decor, and design indoors... it definitely doesn't feel like Hialeah. But you know what they say about Hialeah... The City of Progress, and with a new Pincho Factory location here they're definitely making a strong case! The staff here is incredibly nice, and assisted with any questions I had for ordering, recommendations, and all that good stuff. For my first trip to Pincho Factory I ordered the popular Toston Burger, which pretty much is a burger sandwiched with two tostones instead of bread! Amazing! You also have the option of adding bacon, or egg to the burger as well. I decided to try it with bacon and it was heaven! A quick note is they do add quite a bit of salt & pepper on the tostones so if you're trying to watch your salt intake, it may not be the best choice to go with. Overall though the food here is premium quality, delicious, and the service is outstanding. I may have to get the Toston Burger again when I come back, or maybe try the fritanga burger... decisions, decisions! Lot of great options available here at the Pincho Factory!
