Stopped for gas and the pump wasn't pumping. I tried many times and then when I pulled it out it sprayed gas all over me but it wasn't pumping gas still. This caused me to drop the pump and it fell apart. Tried to fix but don't know how and called the phone number but no answer. Careful! read more

I have taken several of my vehicles here over the years and they have always done an excellent job with reasonable pricing. However, recently things have gone down hill. They put the wrong part put on my vehicle which caused it to break down again. After the vehicle was repaired correctly it began to make a noise which no one could explain why. After seeking a 2nd and 3rd opinion they finally fixed the issue correctly. It seems to me that because they receive so much business they can not keep up the same level of quality they once had. Also I would not recommend leaving your vehicle there over night. Two of my wheel center caps went missing. The worst repair shop ever...No knowledge of motor vehicle troubleshooting.....Beware!!

DO NOT GO HERE. I had an estimate done on my car for a squealing noise that 2/3 mechanics said was a belt issue. These guys are frauds. They wanted to charge me $1000 for a rack and pinion fix which was not the issue at all. The other mechanics said the belt issue would be a $60-$70 fix. I had it done a few days ago and the noise is gone. The car is running fine. Do not go here unless you like paying a lot of money for something your car doesn't need. This is ridiculous. read more

I had a wonderful experience there getting my alternator fixed. The quote was very fair, and the turnaround was quick. They also helped resolve a steering issue very quickly. The person overseeing the auto repairs is very cordial, and knows how to speak to customers. I do plan on using them in the future. read more

I pulled into this station yesterday and (on the stations cameras) my tires were in perfect shape and intact. I pumped gas and pulled forward no more than a car length and my back left tire was impaled with a pair of needle nose vice grips. I immediately stopped the car and looked out from the car thinking I had gone into a pot hole. I pulled out onto the main road and immediately pulled into a parking lot to access the damage. I said something to the owner and he flipped out saying that this did not happen in his lot and sure as anything never even offered any help. I told him to go look at his cameras, whereas his lies continued. He told me it was a "public" lot and any damage to vehicles was not his responsibility (since when are privately owned gas stations "public lots). He claims that I drove off after getting gas, never stopping. He needs to have his eyes checked also. I came to a full stop within a car length. Within 10 minutes of talking to him, his entire crew came out and cleaned up his "public" lot. I can't wait for his response. He seems to NEVER take responsibility for anything when he has a bad review. What an embarrassment to the community. read more

Great shop for auto repairs. They are honest and have fair prices. I had been taking my cars to Meineke and after the last expensive repair Meineke told me I needed, I decided to bring it to Pine Orchard Sunoco. It turned out my car was OK and only needed a switch reset at no charge. One of the Great things about Pine Orchard Sunoco is that there is no charge to diagnose what is wrong with your car. I've used Pine Orchard Sunoco several times now. My impression is that Eddy, the owner, is a very nice and fair man. Eddy, if you're reading this, I hope you take this as constructive criticism. I wish you only the best. But the quality of work is poor. I'll site two instances where I've experienced dissatisfaction. In both cases, Eddy was apologetic, and made an effort to resolve the issues without additional cost to me. Case #1: Transmission fluid and filter change. I dropped my car off in the morning. At 4:00pm I was told that my vehicle was done and ready to go. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I looked underneath and noticed immediately that the transmission fluid was dripping out and there was a wet puddle of fluid under the vehicle. Day 2, I was advised that the problem had been resolved and that my vehicle was ready. Once again, the leaking and dripping was still there. Day 3, I was told that a new gasket was ordered but the wrong one was delivered. Day 4, the correct gasket was ordered from the dealer and the problem was finally resolved. Case #2: Brake job. I needed extensive work done on my brakes. This included a new master cylinder. The initial work had taken two days and I was advised that my vehicle was done. After driving for a short while, I found that the peddle was spongy and going down almost to the floor - back to the shop we go. Day 3, I was told that the lines needed to be bled and that it is good to go. Day 4, rain. Whenever I apply the slightest pressure to the brakes, the rear wheel locks up and skids on the street. Back to the shop. Day 5, I'm advised that the rear drum needed to be turned and that this will resolve the problem. More rain. Same problem. Day 6, I'm told that they've gone over everything and cannot find a problem. I'm also told that this is normal and not to worry about it. At this point, I'm thinking that I'll have to go somewhere else and pay to have it fixed properly. I eventually went to another mechanic who found a leaking cylinder causing the rear wheel to lock up. In my opinion, these problems should have never been discovered by the customer. Just a little QA and you could solve this. Don't let the mechanic who did the work, check his own work. That's like letting the fox guarding the hen house. I hope you can learn from this and improve the way you do business. read more

I took my car into the shop to have an issue corrected which other shops seemed incapable of fixing. Other shops would misdiagnose the issue and they were never able to fix the issue I brought the car in for. The mechanics at Sunoco were able to figure out the problem with my car and fix it right the first time, without any issue, and in a reasonable time. The price of the repair was also reasonable. One of the belts in my car had a bad pulley that made very loud noises. read more
