We've now…read morebeen bringing our "fleet" of cars here for over a decade (ok, just 5 cars but lots of drivers in our family now). Marcin, the owner, is great. Incredibly knowledgeable. And there are *no hard sells*. I know just enough about cars to be dangerous, so I know when I'm being sold a schlock job or something that isn't needed. Marcin and his mechanics look at your vehicle and then explain, in great detail, what they recommend doing now (time for that maintenance item, safety issue, fire hazard, etc.) and what they recommend doing but can wait a bit. They also tell you when you *don't* need something done. Who does that?? He only supplies quality parts, and OEM when he can. The latter isn't always possible so that's when he switches to high quality, as-close-to-OEM-as-possible. It's just a great place to take your car. You leave feeling really comfortable that the job was done, done very well, and that the work is all guaranteed. And he does guarantee his work. We'll be customers forever.

I was at work during this time and it was such a huge relief to kill two birds in one stone. In the past, I would have to take off from work when working with other dealers. I received a voice message around 10:00 am stating that my car was ready. I picked it up after work and everything looked great! I did a few proactive things to make my experience run smoothly: 1. I bought my car from this dealer and I purchased pre-paid maintenance. 2. I have an online account through the service department so I scheduled everything online in advance. 3. I asked a million questions during drop-off and the service attendant didn't mind (I think!). 4. They also have overnight drop-off ( I wasn't expecting to arrive during their service hours but I did!). I was relieved in knowing that it didn't matter what time I dropped my car off because overnight drop-off was available. THANK YOU!!!!

What should have been a standard, simple tire installation turned into an incredibly frustrating ordeal. My original appointment was on July 28th. I waited for hours, only to find out the new tires had sidewall damage. While they did waive the labor charge for that initial delay, the situation quickly spiraled. I ended up being without my vehicle for three days due to back-and-forth delays, a second set of defective tires with flat spots, and a severe lack of communication from the service team during those first few days. It was a massive inconvenience. To their credit, they did eventually get it right. Service Manager Mike stepped in, stayed in consistent contact with me while processing the claim with the tire distributor, and finally got the right tires in. When I returned on August 5th, over a week later, for the actual installation, Mike and my service advisor, Gerron Jackson, provided me with a loaner Atlas for the day and made sure everything was balanced and working perfectly. While I appreciate Mike and Gerron fixing the situation in the end, the whole process just took way too long. Waiving the initial labor fee on day one simply doesn't make up for losing access to my vehicle for 72 hours and having to wait an extra week just to get tires installed. Considering the extreme hassle and loss of time, I really expected some sort of additional goodwill gesture, like a couple of complimentary oil changes, to help rebuild my confidence in their service department. Because of how this was handled, I'm still hesitant to bring my vehicle back here for any serious mechanical work.

Doc was my mechanic for many years. At first, I was allowed to be with the car as his son worked on…read moreit he would chat with me. But later even after covid lifted he stopped letting me be in the waiting area. The last oil change as I was driving had the oil filter fell out and all the engine oil spilled onto the streets. I brought the car back and told him the engine is really loud. It sounds like metal grinding. Doc took a look and filled it up with engine oil and installed the wrong oil filter and told me I would be good for another 6 months at least. I listened to the engine and it didn't sound right. I brought it to the dealership that then diagnosed it as a failed engine block. Metal was inside the engine and it needed replacement. In addition, the second oil filter wasn't even the correct filter for my car and was two turns from falling out. Oil was already leaking from it. The bottom of my car was coated in oil, and it could have caught on fire. Fortunately it didnt, and Doc owned up to his mistakes and his business insurance covered the repair. However, that was another hurdle to over come as it got delayed for months. It is very difficult to find a good car shop. Bless you if you have one.

Doc was able to see me immediately, and said it was $65 for everything including fluid re-fills, brake checks, and some other stuff. Now the place isn't exactly a Jiffy Lube with a decent lobby area to wait in but I didn't care. It was a two door mechanics garage with a desk, sofa and a few chairs to sit and wait. It was a little chilly but worth it to see Doc in action. Yes you get to see him do the work on your car. I felt better seeing him do the work, he took his time and didn't rush. He looked underneath the car in the motor and made sure everything looked good, then he proceeded to do the oil change and tire rotation. Took him maybe 25-30mins. He was very polite and is very knowledgable on Japanese cars. Every review I read about Doc has been on point. Great service at a great price, I recommend Doc because he's simple and does the job you need done. I will deff be coming back to him for my next oil change or any other work I need some on my car.
