Brandon Coles called yesterday during repair of the above, including stripped trigger guard screw,suggested an annual service was appropriate. Received the repaired/serviced Zoli today. He deep cleaned the receiver/trigger group to fix the no fire problem and replaced cratered firing pins, locking bolt and springs, and repaired the stripped trigger guard screw. I wanted to get a drop in trigger on a firearm. The staff talked me into letting the smith do a trigger job - said it should be quick. It's been 7 weeks, I've called, and then stopped in after 6 weeks to ask the status, and if it hasn't been worked on to please return it so I can bring it to a smith who has time. The major disappointment - despite assurances the staff would contact the smith and give me an update quickly - after another 7 days waiting: Crickets - never got a phone call providing status. I called again today - got the same promises. I'm hoping to hear something soon. I realize delays happen, but leaving a customer hanging is just not courteous response.
