Stopped in here for dinner since it was near our air bnb. Great atmosphere, and the three of us were seated quickly. The food was pretty good - we split the smoked tuna app, the alligator bites, and the nachos. The alligator bites were a very small portion for the price. We also all got pineapple Willy's in a souvenir glass and did several shots of the flavored moonshine. Our server was Lisa and she was phenomenal, personable, and didn't rush us. We went on a Saturday evening. Wait was 45min-1 hour for a party of 12 once we checked in. Service was great. Staff was friendly and quick. Very casual place to dine at. Everything we ordered was good. The serving sizes are enough to leave you full from your meal. The bucket of ribs is cute because it's a pail the kids can use at the beach. It's not quiet inside and they do have Tv's inside, just no sound on TV. There is a parking area and 2 other small lots next to main lot. Well, it is Pineapple Willy's. We go here every time we come to PCB. My wife and daughter grabbed an appetizer, Al E Gator bites. I'm watching what I eat, so I passed. I was going to get the Grouper for my entree, but was told I could not swap the potatoes or fries for the steamed broccoli (same price on the menu). We decided to leave because there are so many great places to eat in PCB, and it just really got to me that they didn't want my business bad enough to flat me swap something healthy for French fries (or the mashed potatoes). You can't go wrong with a frozen drink here. Food is great too! I always get the fried shrimp basket. No complaints. If you don't want a long wait, go when they open at 11am CST. Their Jambalaya is basically a pre-made rice with some sausage pieces that they throw a shrimp skewer on top and then some chicken breast and call it Jambalaya. This place was great! We came around 7:30 on Friday night. There was a 20 minute wait for a table for 2.5 (my hubby and toddler) but it didn't seem that long at all after sinking our toes in the sand for a few minutes. We took the first available table whether inside or out so that may have made a difference. The drinks were reasonably priced and super tasty and the food came out lightening fast and everything was satisfying. We had the Mahi BLT. I've been to PCB so many times and never eaten at Pineapple Willy's so I was excited to give it a try. And I was not disappointed. From the time we arrived to the time we left everything was perfect. Of course the wait was long but it's summer so we expect it. She said about 40 minutes and exactly 40 minutes we were being seated. The hostess was so sweet. Then our WONDERFUL waiter Murray!!! Hubby & I went to Pineapple Willy's today for the 1st during they early afternoon. Our server Jamie was amazing & so was the food. We enjoyed the clam & shrimp baskets & let me say they were some of the best fried clams & shrimp we've had during our stay in Panama City. They weren't over breaded or over seasoned they were just good & hot. The atmosphere was fun, crowded & beachy. We didn't try any of their awesome adult beverages this time but next time we will. This is more for people who drink than people who want a nice lunch by the beach. 1 they have these cups they make to be a big deal and they have only HI-C LEMONADE to fill them with! We grabbed lunch here to enjoy the Gulf views from the dining area in the sheltered pier. It was a gorgeous day to eat on the beach. The adults munched on the Island Nachos (queso, pulled pork, and pineapple salsa = divine) and the kids enjoyed the chips and queso. Everyone seemed pleased with their choices (Mahi-Mahi BLT, blackened mahi-mahi, blackened grouper), and the sides were good - especially the pineapple slaw. Save your money. Substandard food I had fish of the day which was grouper, mashed potatoes with gravy on the side and corn on the cob. The fish was spicy. The mashed potatoes must've been made with water. They were just like mush and instant the gravy was nothing more than brown gravy out of a can they serve the corn with no butter and the garlic toast was right out of the freezer Walmart all for $35. So a great experience over all. 2 critiques- 1- the waitress was a little unfriendly 2- I'm a huge bbq fan and the ribs were just ok to be honest. The beans and slaw was better than ok.
