He always makes sure that I'm comfortable and that I'm calm before starting any procedure. I love how they give you a small evaluation and then they check with the billing department to let you know how much your procedure is going to cost before starting anything, which I'm sure everyone appreciates. I initially declined, but she told me there was no harm in "just signing" the paperwork, so I did. I later discovered that my dental insurance had been billed for that procedure even though I never had it performed. Based on my experience, I encourage patients to carefully review their insurance Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements and verify that every procedure billed was actually performed.

I had my tooth fall out from a root canal and we were leaving on a trip. I called and transferred to her cell for the emergency and they worked me in no problem. I had a filling that was taken care of by them and afterwards had severe sensitivity. They adjusted my bite which helped, and gave me a prescription dose of fluoride toothpaste. She wants to be kept updated on the tooth. I just had another filling done today and barely felt the shot, I think it was mostly the location lol. However I was out in 40 minutes! I have 1 tooth left to be taken care of. They also accept carecredit, but my dental insurance is good so I've only used it this once.

I have sleep apnea and wanted some type of mouth guard and they seemed to be a best fit based on all my research. When I came in, I scheduled during my lunch hour, and it was less than 5 minutes from the office. I loved that I got a notification reminder week of and hour before, as sometimes I tend to lose track of time. I entered into a bright lobby and was greeted promptly (by name!!!) and was checked in. The wait time wasn't long, just a couple of minutes and the dental assistant guided me back to the room. Walking through the halls, have such great lighting, great for a photo!! lol, but entered in the room, chair was super comfy and they have a tv on the chair so you are distracted for whatever dental cause brought you in! Great for those that don't like the dentist! Dr. McRay came in after getting all checked in and asked me about my sleep study and helped review over all the information in the results and explained in great detail what he was able to offer and provide me and how he is different from other devices that are used out in the industry. I was really happy with how knowledgeable he was, as well as the staff, and making me feel super comfortable with my choice and confident in moving forward. He explained all the costs upfront and what all the costs entailed, which I left feeling even more confident that I'd made the right choice. I left and took some time to think it all through and before I knew it, I was scheduling my follow up to get fitted for my mouth guard. The cool thing about their process includes some breathing tests so that they know how to make adjustments to the mouth guard and make it truly fitted for you. They sent everything off and received back in two weeks. Night one, I noticed such a huge difference in how I slept and woke up feeling so rested and less groggy.
