They insist you pay cash so they don't have to pay cc fees, not the most ethical place.

Today marks the end of my five-year relationship with Time Cleaners…read more The conclusion began with a phone call on Tuesday afternoon, notifying me that a pair of pants I had dropped off last year had been "magically" found. This was after I had inquired about them three times over the course of the year, only to be repeatedly told they never had my dress pants. Now, a year later, they inform me that the pants are ready for pickup, along with the other items I dropped off just a week ago. I expected to be greeted with empathy, an apology for their mistake, and perhaps even a gesture of goodwill by waiving the charge for the pants they had misplaced and insisted they never had. Instead, when I entered the business, there was no friendly greeting, which was disappointing but unsurprising given the employees' strictly business-like approach. I mentioned the call about the pants they accused me of not dropping off, only to suddenly find them after my third inquiry. I then asked if I still needed to pay, considering they had temporarily lost the item. It's just $3 we're talking about, but good customer service would have included an apology and accountability for their mistake. Instead, the young man behind the counter simply stated, "You still have to pay for it." So, I did--but at least acknowledge the error. If you're looking for good customer service, you won't find it here. And based on some reviews, their quality doesn't back up their "business-like mindset" either. With so many other dry cleaning services available, there's no need to bother with this place.

Great service. Quick service! Always satisfied with their service and pricing! Highly recommended.read more

While in search for a new quality dry cleaner I drove past this place and finally came in. My…read morehusband had a lot of shirts and suits that needed to be pressed and I own a few suit jackets that needed some TLC as well. The first time I only brought collared shirts to be pressed and a suit jacket to be cleaned. I wanted to test and see if they were a good dry cleaner. They were done quickly and I like that you can text "express" 10 mins prior to pick up and they'll have it ready to bring out to you when you pull up. Since they did a good job on the first batch, I brought all my husband's and I suit jackets and more shirts and khaki pants to be pressed and cleaned. I have a mint green suit jacket that had coffee stains all over the collar and sleeves. I've had it cleaned at another dry cleaners in Katy months ago and they told me it was nothing more they can do. I asked Tide to clean and press it and wallah! 90% of the stains are gone from the jacket I'm so happy. I haven't been able to wear this in almost a year. The staff is very nice and attentive as well. After one pick up they forgot to give me two items of clothing. I was able to call and speak with the manager and by the end of the next day they had found my missing pieces. Excellent cleaning and press service. The price is definitely worth it. Each batch of clothes I take usually ends up being roughly $90-100 dollars and I typically take 2-3 suits and 5-10 shirts. All in all a great dry cleaners!

I do not like this location. The turnaround is horrible. Mark Perkins is a complete narcissist who…read moredoesn't know how to pick up a phone a call a customer. He only send automated messages but you cannot message back. The app is outdated and needs to be replaced. They don't give any breakdown on the bill. I've tried asking before and they literally couldn't break it down financially for me. They just kept giving me a total and when I was out of town. My card got blocked from my institute and I couldn't call because I was completely out of the country in a completely different time zone than America. My daughter did message the number saying we were out of town at the moment but again he never received those messages because I guess the number isn't meant to received messages. Mark texted saying my clothes had been delivered. On a Friday. When I called my neighbors on Monday when I was able to start receiving messages, my neighbors they said there was no clothes out there. I wasn't sure if they got stolen or what. So when I got back Monday and I had to search for a better number for mark and when I tried explaining everything and asking why my clothes were delivered, if I still owed? He told me they still had my clothes and to unblock my card. I tried explaining that my bank completely blocked my cards due to fraud alerts, he still couldn't give me an explanation as to why they marked it as delivered. When they in fact kept the clothes. I didn't understand the deception behind the situation, and I asked why they did that and he just kept asking me to unblock my card. Very passive aggressive and refused to give an explanation after I had fully explained myself and took my part of accountability but he didn't and only replied with "I'm just relying what the system tells us,". So mark Perkins. Get better ethics and professionalism. Deceiving customers is very immoral. It was clear to me that you believed I was refusing to pay 2/3 bills. So you tried to trick me into thinking you delivered my clothes so that I would call you. Why not just pick up a phone mark and call a customer? Do your job. Don't play games especially when the customer wasn't playing any games. Life was happening and situations like my cards being cut because it sees a tide purchase in America and then a purchase in Korea, well you can see where a banking system would stop everything. You should have picked up a phone. Called a customer and left a message. Not play these silly games. You're a manager behave as one. You clearly saw I had pay one of three charges. Why would I only intend on paying one tab and not two? That one charge locked my account. I explained all this to you via text and you literally couldn't answer me. You kept ignoring my questions and they still kept my clothes after this
