This woman is unbelieveble\. She texted me one hour and a half after the appointment to say that the stylist was involved in an accident. She never showed up to fix my grandaughter's hair for her quinceañera. She is not a professional, responsible, woman. She is not reliable. she definitaly doesnt have a good work ethic. and besides that when we asked for our money, she didnt want to send the full amount. She just sent the half of it. That was a RIP OFF . Woman when we paid for a service . we need to get the service that we paid for if not we need to get our full money back. This is not harrasing, It's a fact. Called 40 min before service time to inform me that my stylist was running late and that she was going to have to cancel so she wasn't late for her client after my appointment. I informed her on the phone that wasn't my concern and I expected her to arrive for my service as I had also scheduled and paid!! A few min later I received another call that there was traffic and she wasn't sure she would make it. I also informed the lady on the phone that she should still try. The women told me that she would let me know her progress. I never received another call but an email canceling my appointment! Terrible customer service and would never recommend using them!! read more

After being here for 8 months moving from New York I have to stay I almost gave up on finding someone that understood and would care about my hairs health. Last Saturday after letting Trina work her magic I have to say I found my new SD hair dresser. Not only was she faced with extensions intertwined with my own hair, but damaged hair, no glow and just very unhealthy looking hair. I've been so depressed with my hair journey here in San Diego I even drove down to Irvine in hopes of finding the right hair dresser. Very disappointed. I spent 200+ for something that was the total opposite of what I wanted. The most disappointing thing about my experience here was the poor customer service and the fact that when I came to her and told the color was terrible she suggested I pay another 30 dollars to fix it even though she agreed that something had happened that messed it up. Thankfully I have found somebody to fix my hair. My hairdresser was not only shocked at the quality of her work but the price for something that was so poorly done. Let me just start by saying this is by far the WORST "Salon" I have ever been to. The stylist, Katrina, will literally lie through her teeth saying that she can achieve results that she's knows damn well she doesn't have the skills to achieve. I went into the salon back in November, and I asked for this very pretty ombre with BLACK fading into a deep purple. My hair was LIGHT BLONDE. Seems relatively easy enough, right? So after I forked out $310, Katrina spent 8 hours in a span of 2 days trying to fix the screw up she did. She promised me that even if she couldn't achieve the results, shed at least make sure she made my hair healthier. I was a little upset because I spent 310 for nothing, and my hair was falling out, but I'm a super nice person and she told me she was in a bad situation. So, I said alright, just do what u can, and please don't let me walk out of here with GREEN hair! Yes, my hair was literally that disgusting green/brown hued color girls get when they try to box dye their hair themselves from blonde to black...with blonde peeking through at the ends. I looked disgusting. And she allowed me to walk around like that, and told me it was better to "keep my hair in a bun and allow her to do deep conditioning treatments once a week for 6 weeks". Now, good people, did she actually do that? No. She also said shed give me a free haircut, which of course I ended up paying for (OH AND SHE ALSO CHARGED ME 5 BUCKS MORE THAN HER ACTUAL PRICE BOARD SHOWED). I even gave Miss Katrina 300$ brand new HAIR EXTENSIONS because I am a YouTube beauty reviewer and they are sent to me all the time for free. I baked her a cake to make her feel better and even brought her two clients. Like, WHAT IN THE ACTUAL F. So yeah, in conclusion, horrible HORRIBLE service. I would NEVER trust this chick with my hair ever again. And she embellishes all the work she does too btw. So if y'all are looking at any of her pictures and thinking , hmmm not bad, STAY AWAY. She didn't even know what the hell to do with the Olaplex and charged me for two treatments. It was such a WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. I'm still a little pissed but its all good. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Never been there before, but one of my good friends goes to studio 78 and they have good prices and her hair is literally Kim K shiny. Lol. Don't know her stylist though. read more

Had a wonderful experience with Trina. I wanted to cut A LOT of my hair off, and I was nervous about it. But she really took her time and worked with my hair rather than trying to just copy a picture. She went over proper hair care and recommended some great products. Katrina is A-1! I was very impressed with the salon--great location, clean, fun, very inviting, and I was very pleased to find that it's a one-on-one experience. Nothing worse than making an appointment for a service only to find that 4 other people are being serviced at the same time. None of that occurs here. She is very professional and knowledgeable about the products she use and about hair care and maintenance. She is not like some stylist who will put a style in your hair to collect your coins, at the cost of your hair's health or edges lol. I had an install cut into a bob, and i absolutely love it. It's very natural in appearance. Katrina will be my go-to girl for all my hair care needs! read more
