I would NOT recommend pink & white nails. I am in worse shape now than when I went in AND they took my $70. Originally went in on 12/9 and showed the first picture. Asked for them to be like that and with a manicure. I started at one station and after she asked me about my nails a few times and what I was wanting, was switched to another. I showed her the photo numerous times and explained that's what I wanted, exactly. I'll spare you a few details as I'm truly exhausted with this business but as she was working on my nails I expressed it was not what I was wanting and the quality wasn't great. The nails were nubby and short, the surface of the acrylic was not even and had humps in numerous areas, the nails were not the same length nor the correct shape requested and the glitter fingers were rigidity. When I politely expressed I wasn't satisfied she aggressive began to file my pinky nail and cut me causing blood. No apologies or anything. At that point I explained I would like to leave as it was clear she was frustrated with me and didn't want to cause problems. I went to check out and the total was $68. I asked how it was $68 and repeatedly didn't get an explanation. I expressed again that I wasn't satisfied with the quality of work and would pay but did not feel it justified $68 of work. She then expressed she would fix it. At that point I'd been there two hours and had my grandmothers 93rd birthday I was running late for and couldn't stay longer. I went ahead and paid as I just wanted to get out of there and didn't want a bigger situation to arise. They explained I could come back Monday and they would fix the situation. I arrived on Monday and I immediately showed the picture explaining what I wanted. (Same picture from the original) She took the nail polish off then confirmed colors. I confirmed and reiterated I wanted the longer length too. She said she couldn't do that. I expressed I had paid $68 for the nails and that I'd shown the photo the entire time and that the nails I got were too short and shape was wrong. She then got aggressive and began speaking to another individual working at the desk. I then got up from the station as it was again uncomfortable. I went to the front and respectfully listened as she grew more frustrated and was nearly yelling. The gentleman at the front was speaking to the owner, Andy. I politely expressed the above, how what I wanted and what I got were not in line and I'd like to get a refund and cordially part ways. She took the phone and was very worked up. He then spoke to me again and said she could redo them but I would need to pay for half the service. After she took off the bad polish and poor job I was now being told to pay for them to be corrected AND with the same woman that was very clearly upset with me. I explained how uncomfortable the situation was and that wasn't a good idea and my supporting reasons and she began calling me a liar. It was ridiculously uncomfortable and I wanted to leave so I asked the owner one more time to confirm his options for a resolution and he said no refund and if I wanted them fixed, I needed to pay for half the service. I expressed my disappointment in a waste of $68 plus the cost of now fixing them and ended the conversation and left the business. I would NEVER recommend anyone to come here. I repeatedly said I didn't want to be a problem and I was so sorry for the situation and that I was seeking a respectful resolution so we could part ways and unfortunately it was met with aggression and asking me to pay more. I'm embarrassed even writing this review but if it can help someone else avoid this business, it's worth it. read more

I came in for a pedicure and a gel manicure. I was asked what kind of pedicure I wanted. I don't have calluses or try skin. So I chose the regular pedicure. He told I wasn't going to get much done with a basic pedicure and was telling me to get upgrade from a $27 pedicure to a $37. I insisted that I didn't need a rough day pedicure. Well to make this story short. He didn't even bother to clean my nails. He trimmed them, barely even cut the cuticles and to top it off did a terrible job applying the nail polish. I was going to get a gel manicure but decided just to leave. There was no point in talking to management because I still would've been responsible to pay for the service. But I will definitely not be returning here. read more

Best Pedicure I've ever had! Lots of options other places don't offer! The massage chairs are some of the best also!

The owner is a crook! They jacked up my girlfriends nails after she told them multiple times about the issues. 2 1/2 hours later I called the manager and told him that he wasted our time. He assured us he would fix them for free. We went back the next day and the lady doing the nails blamed it on my girlfriend. Then the manager charged her for the corrections. When she got her bank statement and called him he denied he had charged her and wanted to say that I yelled at them. Someone should yell at them but that doesn't make it right to charge someone. He told me he would get her in just as soon as they open there was not even anyone there that could do her nails when they opened! Look at the reviews on Facebook they have been known to charge people for their mistakes and even cut people when they are doing their nails. Terrible customer service! read more

I come here regularly but as of lately they overbook themselves and the wait is ridiculous. Booked 530 appt for 2 basic pedicures and eyebrow wax, wasn't finished until after 7. Worker giving me pedicure left frequently during pedicure to answer phone and cash others out. No longer recommending this place. Will find somewhere else to be a regular to. read more

Never have enough help, and rude when you come in and don't acknowledge you have the time and when they do, they seemed bothered by your presence. Closed at odd times, middle of afternoons etc. It was good when the dad was running it but since then his boy is running it into the ground. read more

I stopped in because this place was near my daughters school. The location is beautiful and the staff was pretty friendly. I got a regular full with regular polish. They tried to up charge me $18 for gel polish but i declined. The fill was ok but the paint job was absolutely terrible. It's not a smooth good polish. It looks like if I had painted my own nails at home with my left hand. (I'm a righty) Although it's super close to my daughters school I will not return. They were running a 10% off special but ran my card for regular price. read more

I have been going to this nail spa since it opened in Liberty and day by the day the service has dropped below 1 star. Yesterday was the worse experience I have ever had. I am in so much pain this morning and I am hoping that my fingers are not infected. So far they are just swollen. I previous had powered dip and went to them have them redone and instead of wrapping my fingers in the foil paper he use the electric file to butcher my finger. My finger started bleeding so he put some solution on it. Normally, to clean your cuticles they have your fingers soaked in water, this guy did my nails without having them soaked, I was in so much pain and all I could do is keep pulling my fingers away as he hurt so badly. This place is understaffed so they rushed to get you in and out once in the chair. I wish there was an option for 1/2 star read more

This is the first time I came here and I only went because my normal place was closed and I wanted to give my mom a pedicure for her birthday. It was absolutely the WORST pedicure I have ever gotten. The guy got up several times to do other things- and to eat his lunch. Spend maybe 3 minutes massaging. And it wasn't a massage, more just quickly rubbing some lotion on. He was staring at the tv when he was "working". I asked him to use the toe separators when polishing and he said no. Didn't clean up the cuticles. I have all this peeling skin around my toe nail bed. Had an appointment at 3:00 was told that "He was getting prescriptions and would arrive within 15 min. I sat for over an hour and was taken back by female nail tech. "He" arrived around 4:10 pm with his arms full and was complaining of being at the accountants because his taxes were due. I didn't get out of there until 5:14 pm and I will not be going back. Beware! My friend, her daughter and I made appointments for an "I Deserve It" pedicure ($40). When we arrived we were handed a menu of services. We pointed to and said out loud that we wanted the "I Deserve It." All three of the technicians actually gave us the "Be Pampered" and used gel polish (which is more expensive). They did not ask if that's what we wanted. The total cost ended up being over $70 for each of us!! That is more than $30 over what we made appointments for and said we wanted. So, beware!! read more

I've been coming here every 2 weeks since I moved here back May and they have been excellent every single time. If I ever have to wait, it's no more than a few minutes, they are so nice, and they do an amazing job. Every time I get my nails done they are flawless and last weeks. I've tried more nail places than I can count over the years of moving all over-but this place is the best I've ever been to. read more
