Went to Pink Cadillac Diner for breakfast on a Wednesday. It's got that classic retro 50s diner look to it. Our waitress sat us quickly since the place was pretty empty, and offered us coffee while we browsed the menus. I got the pork belly skillet, which included shredded pork belly served with eggs on top of shredded potato hash. The pork was marinated well, and tender. The shredded hash browned potatoes were surprisingly well seasoned and went well with the eggs. Prices are a bit up there for a diner, but at least the service was good. read more

Went for breakfast home fries had a burnt taste, toast was soggy . The place was virtually empty so all the waitresses were literally congregated in front of us just staring at us eat which aside from the horrible meal made the experience that much more awkward and uncomfortable. When I first arrived it took us a good minute to figure out the parking. The lot is very tight and 2 had 2 SUV's. We came in and sat down expecting a typical diner fare but they handed us a one page, front & back menu of options like burgers, cheesesteaks, breakfast foods, etc. I was really looking for a Cobb Salad but it wasn't on the menu so I decided to go for a Cheesesteak instead of a burger. (I know, that's a big difference... salad vs cheesesteak...). The cheesesteak comes with just the meat and cheese and a bag of potato chips. Everything else is Al la cart. I added onions and chose waffle fries which was extra. Everyone else got cheesesteaks too but they were grumpy about the menu because they felt it was a semi limited. Well, the cheesesteaks came out and let me tell you, it was the best cheesesteak I have had. Now, I haven't had a cheesesteak in over 3 years BUT, it was absolutely delicious. The steak was chopped up nicely and the cheese/onions were all mixed together so that every bite I took was savory! The staff is very nice and attentive. I look forward to returning one day soon. The breakfast sandwich was enormous. I didn't realize it also came with potatoes. My family and I came back here after many years, and it definitely was a let down and nothing to brag about. It is called a "50s" diner, but there is very little to show for it. The decor was modern and other than a few names on the booths, you wouldn't know it was a themed establishment as advertised. The menu is very sweet with sugar filled items and condensed. The food quality was poor with raw batter tasting pancakes, overcooked bacon, and bland eggs. The best part of our experience was the waitress who was very kind and tried to make the dining experience the best it could be. She made sure our meals came out quickly and that our drinks were refilled promptly. With all of the breakfast options in Wildwood, I will eat at another establishment. Bland food. Ordered 2 omelets here, western and greek. Western was extremely bland- I mean, I could see I was eating ham, peppers, and onions, and the texture was correct, but there was absolutely no flavor. It might as well been cardboard. The Greek omelette was feta and spinach. We asked for onions in it, which were almost nonexistent, and the feta cheese was extremely sour. Home fries are those shredded potatoes, kind of like hash brown consistency. No flavor either, how hard is it to add a little onion or a little bit of green pepper to your home fries. I guess because this place is located in a tourist trap. They don't have to try hard at all. They have a captive audience. Not worth the $35 two omelettes and one coffee. read more

I've been here a few times this year for breakfast. The food and service are consistently good. The interior has a cool 50's diner design. I've tried their Pork Belly Skillet, Cream Chipped Beef, and Mexico City Omelette. I can recommend all three of those dishes. The portions are pretty big and the prices are good. It was my first time there. It was really cute inside. We ordered a Greek salad with gyro meat, a cheeseburger, and a chicken salad sandwich with fries. The Greek salad was really tasty, but the Gyro meat needed a little bit of tatziki sauce. I asked for a little bit of tzatziki and the waitress brought me a rather large dish of it. The biggest surprise was when I got the bill and saw that I was charged $1.75 for the tatziki sauce! The waitress should've said something and mentioned the extra charge! This diner is only a few blocks from the shore which is nice. It's usually pretty crowded for breakfast but they seem to get you in and out fast. When I went with my girlfriend the other day at 11:30, we decided we were feeling lunch and told they only do lunch at noon - which was never mentioned in the menu or anywhere else. The waitress was super friendly and we ordered and got our food relatively quickly. Although there is such a musty smell and nothing was clean. The presentation for the nachos was amazing. They brought out this massive bucket filled with nachos flipped it upside down and then slowly lifted it. And you slowly start to see the nachos trickle out. It was jaw dropping. The taste of the nachos was also amazing. With a good mix of spice and vegetables. The pancakes also looked amazing with a NOT edible flower to top it.( I sadly tried to eat it). The pancakes tasted amazing and especially looked amazing. We were looking for diner food and decided to step in to Pink Cadillac Diner. We love the corner booth that we were seated in and we got the grilled cheese and 3 kinds of burgers. Servings are big (the grilled cheese order could have been shared by my two children easily) and we loved the sidewinder fries. I couldn't pull up the names of the burgers we ordered because if you go to their website now, it goes straight to an "Under New Management" sign with no options for clicking on anything. Hopefully, that gets fixed soon. Nevertheless, I ordered the burger with the barbecue sauce and I was pleasantly surprised that it was quite tasty. My husband got the double patty one and it hit the spot. We also got a chocolate shake to split. Not too watery and not too thick either. Just a little disappointed that they didn't have root beer float. I tried to explain to the server but he brought us a birch beer drink (since they don't have root beer). Oh well.
