This place is very clean with some cool caricatures of celebs on the walls. The latkes are massive and perfect in every way. The matzo ball soup is simply the best. It has a classic huge matzo ball in a delicious savory chicken stock. This would be enough but you can get the "mish mash" which includes white chicken meat and noodles - yum. The salads are all fresh and well done. The tuna and egg salads are my my favorites. All the sandwiches are of a reasonable size but you can upsize for a price. They offer fine deli quality corned beef, pastrami and home style roasted turkey all of which are phenomenal. You can't go out the door without taking some dessert and/or cookie on the way out either!

The young lady behind counter took my order and then looked back to the kitchen and apologized to the person there. I seemed strange, so I asked if they were closing. She stated they close at 6p. It was 5.45p when I looked at my watch. Never knew having a paying customers (at $18 a sandwich) needed apology, but not a great impression. It was prepared in less than 5 mins and I was on my way. In the end, it was decent food but nothing special. Probably not coming back any time soon. Word of advice to the owner....employees shouldn't feel customers are an "inconvenience". Best wishes to you

Customer Service 4 The Win…read more So I ordered from Location A. I swear I ordered from Location A. Well, my receipt tells me otherwise. Somehow, I ordered from Location B. * I can't cancel the order. * I can't reach anyone by phone. * I'm already halfway to Location A and definitely won't make it to B before closing. I arrive at Location A--sheepish, confused, fully expecting a "sorry, can't help you." Instead? They honor my order. No drama. No delay. No "wait, we have to call Location B first." Just kindness and action. So what does a customer do next? A) Post a scathing review about the buggy web ordering system B) Post a glowing review about how the people solved the problem C) Leave a tip, because you know they did you a solid D) Say nothing--because great service should be expected I chose B and C. And now maybe E: E) Write a post to tell everyone about it. Shoutout to Rosenfeld's Jewish Deli in South Bethany Beach, DE (and the one in Rehoboth Beach, DE). You didn't just serve pastrami--you served grace. P.S. I almost didn't write this because I ordered the Schleep (Brisket, Pastrami, and Corned Beef). Now all I want to do is... well... sleep.

It felt very much like we were out of sight and out of mind. Another group that was sitting out there decided they didn't want to wait half an hour to place their order, and left. It took half an hour for someone to come out and get our order. Once our food was brought out, we were notified that one menu item was not available. It would have been cool to find out about that before everyone was eating. However, the food was good, and the staff was very kind. I'm sorry they're dealing with being short staffed, or poorly managed, because they all seem quite nice.
