If Yelp allowed it, I would give them a negative star. I was looking for a flower shop near my daughter's new job to surprise her for her birthday and found Pink Clover. Despite their flowers being expensive, I ordered the Pretty in Pink arrangement for $120. What was delivered, however, bore no resemblance to the product advertised on Pink Clover's website. The arrangement was sparse, poorly designed, and clearly inferior--completely unacceptable for a premium-priced product. Before placing my order, I called Pink Clover on Monday, 1/5/26, and spoke with Diana. I asked very specific questions about the bouquet's presentation and delivery to Culver City. Diana confirmed that delivery was available for an additional $20-$30 fee, which was not disclosed on the website. She repeatedly assured me that the arrangement would look exactly as advertised online, include approximately 17 roses along with carnations and other fillers, and that a ribbon could be added. She also confirmed I could request specific rose colors. I told Diana that I would call back after discussing the total cost with my husband, as it exceeded my budget. After confirming with him, I placed the order online instead, as a discount was offered. I included very clear instructions requesting a ribbon, specific rose colors, and a "Happy Birthday" sign. I also explicitly asked to be sent photos of the arrangement prior to delivery and requested to be contacted if there were any questions or concerns. I only received an order confirmation and no follow-up communication regarding my requests. On Thursday, 1/8/26, I called to confirm my order because no one had reached out. I spoke with a male customer service representative, who reviewed all of my requests and explicitly confirmed my instructions that photos were to be sent prior to delivery. On Friday, 1/9/26, I received a message from my daughter thanking me for the flowers, and it was immediately clear that what had been delivered did not reflect what I ordered. No photos were provided prior to delivery, and the bouquet bore little resemblance to what was advertised. This was a clear case of misrepresentation--the arrangement did not match the photos, description, or the verbal assurances I was given. The quality, design, and overall presentation were far below acceptable standards and nowhere near worth the $120 charged. This transaction constitutes misleading and false advertising, coupled with poor execution and follow-through. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this florist and would caution others against using their services. This transaction demonstrates a clear failure of truth in advertising and basic value for money. Consumers are entitled to receive the product that was marketed and sold to them--not a cheaper, inferior substitute. The arrangement delivered was materially different from what was advertised and agreed upon. I requested a full refund and asked that the flowers be picked up, yet no one has returned my call. This lack of accountability is unacceptable. If this matter is not promptly resolved, I will pursue further action, including a credit card dispute and a formal consumer complaint. I am sharing my experience to strongly advise others to be cautious with this business. Misleading assurances can lead to disappointment if you expect a beautiful flower arrangement for a loved one. For reliable, high-quality bouquets at a fair price, your local farmers' market is a better option. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Pink Clover. read more

Horribly overpriced for what they offer. 20 peony blooms cost over $400 after they add their fees--at that price you would at least expect 1) for the arrangement to come in a glass/ceramic vase (it comes in a paper bag); and 2) for the blooms to be matched up in terms of maturity (they came in different stages, some were full bloom while others were still tightly wound). I've ordered twice now from Pink Clover, and while I like that they send you a picture of the arrangement before delivery and are quick to respond to emails, that's where the positives stop. You can see in the pictures I posted of both deliveries that what I received looked drastically different from what was shown on their website. The arrangement with orchids was supposed to have more white flowers with green foliage mixed throughout and plenty of orchids. What I received had an almost yellowish tint, very little green foliage, and far fewer orchids. It also came in a short vase, even though the picture online clearly showed a tall one--something that made the arrangement look much more elegant, which is what I was going for. The second order, a rose arrangement for my daughter's graduation, was even worse. The roses were browning around the edges and starting to wilt by the time she received them. Once again, it looked nothing like the photo on their site. I had also added a graduation balloon to the order a week in advance, but the day before delivery, I was told they were out of graduation balloons. I then had to ask friends to run around and find one last-minute. I reached out to see if they could make this right before writing this review. They offered to redeliver, but not until the following Monday. I told them my daughter was leaving on vacation the next day, so that wouldn't work. I asked for a refund, but they said they don't offer refunds since I had received a picture before delivery--so I'm out of luck. Hopefully I can prevent someone else from going through this headache and encourage them to find a florist who delivers what they have pictured or actually goes out of their way to ensure their customers are happy--which is what earns repeat business. read more
