The coffee is very very good. Very good coffee in the middle of nowhere. They have a simple pre-fixed/(prix fixe) menu, but I ordered a large oatmilk latte, super super hot, with real honey and a pump of brown sugar. I also ordered a large iced lavender oatmilk latte with honey for later...something I could put in the fridge at work and drink during the afternoon. The lady behind the counter did NOT drop the ball one bit! She went above and beyond to make sure the coffee was to my liking. I loved it. Thank you so much. So if you have a particular coffee that you've had somewhere else and you want to see if they can make it here (granted it's not on the menu already), simply ask! They seem very willing to make it happen.
