A recent birthday party with 40 guests was a success in part due to the great support from Pink Elephant Staffing and Nick, the bartender they sent us. He was a great bartender, but beyond that he bussed dishes and cups, emptied trash, and let me know when we were low on one item. Nick did a great job cleaning up the bar at the end of the night and even washed our appetizer serving trays, so we had very little to do when the party was over. We hired a bartender through Pink Elephant for our holiday party last night and could not have been happier. Everything was seamless from the booking to the last moment of the evening. The bartender, Jason, showed up a few minutes earlier than expected, which was great because, of course, we were running behind. He jumped right in to help with the last minute prep and was a joy to have in our home for the evening. He was professional, courteous and open and many guests commented on what a truly nice guy he was. I've used this company twice so far, and both times, it was a pleasure. Most recently, I contacted Keith for help on Thanksgiving. He was able to find someone for me despite my short notice (just a few days prior to the event) and for work on a holiday. He is great to work with and really cares about making clients happy. The server, Dominique was on time, friendly, and super helpful. She even helped me make my turkey gravy on the fly! After only excellent reviews on yelp, I decided to try Pink Elephant. I called on a Friday, it took 24 hours for them to call me back, but their office is only open on weekdays so I couldn't try them back till Monday. In the Sat message and when I spoke with Keith on Mon morning, he assured me that he had someone to staff my party and he would send me paperwork. Then I get an email that in fact, he didn't have anyone. AND, he told me that he did have people on Friday, but didn't any longer. So if I had heard back on Friday, as I tried originally, I would have been set, but because of their delay and false promises, I wasn't able to get help through them. Not a great loss, I got someone else, but I guess there's no such thing as 5 stars. read more
