Her tone was rude and dismissive from the start, and she made me feel like I was inconveniencing her simply by trying to get information about something the store sells. As a customer, I don't think it's unreasonable to ask questions before making a purchase, especially in a specialty shop where people may not know every detail about the products. Rather than helping me understand what I was looking at, she responded with visible frustration and an attitude that made me feel unwelcome. What bothered me most was how unnecessary the interaction felt. I was polite throughout the conversation and wasn't demanding or difficult in any way. The bank said so we can dispute. It took 3 weeks for Synchrony to send paperwork, time wasted. The charges were not disputed yet. I am not paying anything on this closed Belk credit card.
