Not great. Nails are uneven lengths and the sides aren't painted. They also don't massage your hands, only your forearms which is weird! Nails were also not painted fully so it looks like my nails have already grown out..... will have to go somewhere else and get these redone. read more

I live in Fairfield, but this place has always been phenomal with their services, all their technicians do a fantastic job. The price for services at this salon are steep. I did get the most expensive pedicure ( wild orchid? ) $75.00. I was feeling under the weather & felt I'd treat myself with a nice massage and pedicure. this service includes the basic pedicure trimming cleaning, paraffin wax, stone massage, mud facial for legs and an additional hands neck and shoulder massage which was great. They also put hot towels on your legs in between the service which feels amazing. I didn't realize they charge $20.00 extra just for gel. Yikes. They should definitely let their clients know ahead of time of that price bump. I've been to this salon 3/4 times before ( 2 yrs ago) and everytime I get a pedicure they do a fantastic job. Today I had Kayla, she's given me a pedicure before aswell, & she stays consistent with her work. I use to work at the Vacaville kaiser so I'd come here after work sometimes but I've moved kaisers and I didn't realize Since then they have had a price hike for their gel service. Kayla pays close attention to detail and gives a strong massage even though it was the end of the day and I was her last customer. It was very relaxing. My gel pedicure cost me 96.00. Wow. I would never pay that much for a pedicure and I gave a 25 tip aswell. Asides from the price I had no problem. I actually really like the atmosphere, my granddaughter and I started going here for daughter and grandma days a couple of years ago and never had a problem. Just a week and a half ago I took my daughter and myself here or mother and daughter date for pedi's and nails and fills. My daughter's nails came off and my nail polish which was gel peeled off. I've never had that happen anywhere else. I paid $280 not including tip and when I called about getting my nails polished they told me I had to pay. I told them are you kidding me!!!! She is phenomenal and a perfectionist at what she does. I would get ombré #3 each time became it looks so elegant and timeless. I was pleased with the service that I received. Everything was nice, the actual service was great and felt very relaxed. I got a pedicure and I chose one of the $35 options, with a gel color. When I got my bill, it was $55. I couldn't understand where the $20 up charge came from. She said it was because gel is $20. My friend and I were absolutely shocked at the up charge. We've always paid $10 for gel, shocked by the $20. I expressed I thought it was $10 and that I should've been told about the price difference, because I simply wouldn't have gone with gel. No nail tech is perfect... but when you cut me two times and add a little burn, I'm very concerned. These types of things can lead to infections. The nail tech was moving fast, which is probably why I got cut twice by her tools. I should have recorded what it look liked after the appointment... smh. I put peroxide on them though. Not to mention how messy underneath my nails were as you can see lol. They also looked worse, I've just been picking out all the random gel under my nails throughout the day. I think the other nail techs here are great, but there needs to be attention brought to this specific tech. I have a friend that goes here who has also gotten cut by her moving to quickly. So my mom and I go to this nail salon to relax and have a girls day, not knowing what kind of service we would be getting. First of all I called in the morning at around 10 to 11 o clock in the morning to book an appointment but they wouldn't answer the phone, so I was like no big deal we'll just get there. We got to the salon and we got seated quick which is nice. The lady who was doing my mom's pedicure was being really rude and snappy with my mom which is something I do not appreciate. We asked for French pedicure and we both wanted gel the pedicure itself is 40 dollars yet for gel it's 30 dollars extra so it was about to be two pedicures for 70 dollars a total of 140 dollars which is insane! We said just regular nail polish which is an extra 10 dollars which is kinda stupid because we are already paying to get a pedicure wouldn't that be included into the pedicure service. They didn't even ask anything they didn't make us feel welcomed and it seemed like they did there work super rushed. They didn't even tell us to have a good day or say anything nice. Like I said didn't appreciate the lady who did my moms pedicure bc she was really snappy with her and even tho it's hard bc my mom has a language barrier it's still rude to be inpatient to your clients. This has been my go to nail salon for as long a s I can remember . They have had higher prices and inconsistent service depending on who you get but I've continued to recommend them because MOST of the time I was getting good services. I stopped getting fills there months ago because nails were lifting within 4-5 days, they were getting paint all over my fingers, and they were rushing them through the light drying which caused funky "stains" in the polish when they put the cuticle oil on. I was however still getting regular pedicures here and bringing along my teens and my mom regularly. This last time was terrible. First of all she very hastily used the grinder to get my gel polish off instead of using cotton and acetone. I was pretty horrified because that's so terrible for your nails. Then she put the scrub on my dry legs before even putting water in the tub at all. I was confused. After she rubbed scrub into my dry legs which was uncomfortable, she then started cool water into the tub and had me put my feet in for a few minutes. The pedicure was rushed and half-a$$ed and the massage part of the chair was broken so the whole thing was a mess. The icing on the cake was that my boyfriend had called in and paid to surprise me. Two days later he was talking about it and I realized how much he paid! I was shocked !! We called and they said that they changed the prices now and it's an ADDITIONAL $20 for gel on your toes ? I've been going there forever and yes they told me last time that the prices for the actual pedicures went up $5 but now on top of that they charge $20 extra for gel? So a basic pedicure with gel is now $55 effectively making them insanely expensive for old spa chairs and inconsistent, rushed service. My gel fills with designs at another place in Vacaville is only $50 and there is A LOT more work than goes into. Fill! I'll be looking for a new nail salon for pedicures ASAP. read more

I got super cute R2D2 nails. I really like them, they did a great job! It was $75. It was wierd, I went with 2 other people. One got a full and was charged $60 and another got a full set and it was $65. The full was pretty sloppy. The two full sets were pretty good. So I'd recommend them as I like my set. I've been to so many places over the years and this is by far the best. Not only are they done super well... the service and hospitality is awesome. Pricing is decent and better than most and I love the stamp cards bogos they offer. If you pay cash, 2 stamps closer to 10 dollars off. Love my nails and that they take time to got the full 9 yards but, no longer than a hour. I get anxious and I love that they really focus and try to finish within a reasonable time leaving the customer satisfied with their nails. Will be back again for my 3rd time. read more

This is my usual spot to get my toes done... I wish I had a favorite person to have do them... the quality of pedicure definitely depends on who is giving it... Most of them do an ok job at the massage portion but there are 2-3 who really just do amazing work. I just wish it was more consistent. This last visit was really good for me, but my mom unfortunately didn't get the same quality and had to trim the sides of her nails a week later. Having said that, we will probably go back and try again... and take note of the ones we really like doing our toes so we can request them again. read more

I've had different nail techs and have good things to say about all of them - I initially only would come to Kelly but she's left for over a year now. Vicki and Mindy are also two great nail techs that I've had for both services and strongly recommend. Also, their availability is pretty open. French Ombré with Tina. Who was very meticulous at taking care of every little detail. They are taking all the precaution during COVID-19 and has a temperature check and partition for each clients. I also see them spray clean each stall after use which is very helpful since usually this is not seen as you come in. I came here as a recommendation from a friend. The person that did my pedicure wasn't friendly at all. I said hello multiple times and no response. The whole time i was very uncomfortable while they laughed and spoke in another language and some of the other nail techs would look my way and laugh. I don't mind at all when they speak another language other than english but i couldn't help the feeling they were all talking about me. Nonetheless i stayed quiet and embarrassed and finished with my pedicure. I couldn't wait to get out of there. It was $35 and i don't know why i left a $10 tip. I always tip when i go out even when the service is crappy because i too am in the service industry. So i get home and when i change out of my slipper into tennis shoes for the gym i notice my toe hurts and she cut wayyyyy too short. I have been in pain for days whenever i put on socks or tennis shoes. I am borderline diabetic too so i was very worried about this. Made same day appointment for an upgraded pedicure. A 65.00 pedicure. Women that preform pedicure took over 1.5 hours with no I asked her to cut my nails back. No massage or technique. Cut two of my cuticles and made them bleed. Barely worked on my heels. When she polished she hit the big toe and left a mark. She did not file my toe nails so when I was finally done I put my socks on and the corners of the nails snagged my socks. When I asked for a file on my way out the girl said I could go back and get one. On my way out and was paying they said they couldn't run tip on credit card. Had to be cash or venmo.
