She came in daily to do the litter box, food, etc. and spend time playing with my cat. (I have cameras so I would get an alert when someone came in). She took a couple pics of them playing and my cat having treats, and sent me them by text so I knew everything was ok. I will definitely keep using her again. Her cats are all well kept, very loved, and exceptionally lovable! Kittens from various litters are all healthy and happy. Mama cats care for each other's litters and all were very friendly. The stud, Stumpy, doesn't have to wear a diaper like most male breeding cats. He has his own lanai with a big cat wheel he runs on delightedly. All in all, Terri impressed us with her cattery. As Sphinx owners, we have purchased from several breeders up north already. This place was remarkable in its cleanliness and care for the cats. My cat and I had a fabulous first experience here!…read more I was unhappy with the vet clinic I tried previously and was especially unhappy with their treatment of my cat, so when I started looking for a new option, I learned that A Cat Clinic existed. I booked an appointment easily with a friendly person on the phone. The person I spoke to actually offered to call my previous vet office to get the medical paperwork, which was so kind. When my cat and I arrived, we were greeted immediately and the only patients in the waiting room -- it wasn't packed like some can get. We only waited a few minutes before getting called back by the lovely vet tech. The exam room was spacious! It wasn't a cramped little space with a table in the middle the way that many places are. My cat had room to roam around and a few nooks to go into safely. (And they encouraged her to get out of her carrier and explore rather than expecting me to keep her contained.) The vet tech went over the existing paperwork that I had filled out and records they had gotten (woo, an office that actually reads the medical records they request!) and a few minutes later, the vet came in. Both the vet and the tech were so kind and caring to both me and my cat. They told me what she needed and also gave me options for testing that they'd recommend if I was in the position to get it done (like some lab testing), but they didn't pressure me or make me feel like a bad owner. The vet was also super clear in explaining the "why" behind everything she suggested for my cat. When it came time to give vaccines, the vet and tech actually sat down in the floor with my cat rather than trying to force her into a table. This was so nice and definitely less stressful for everyone! We were in and out in less than an hour. My cat was more stressed by the car rides than she was the vet visit itself -- she was even rubbing on the providers in the room after a few minutes. The pricing felt incredibly fair and transparent. It's the least I've paid at a vet office in probably seven years, and it's also the best care I've seen in that time. I am so happy to have found a clinic that I can feel confident in bringing my cat to.
