The Mediterranean Omelette was very good and well-seasoned. The vegetables tasted fresh, and I appreciated that the olives weren't overly salty. The eggs were cooked a little softer than I personally prefer, but the flavor more than made up for it. The Avocado Toast was also tasty, but I wish the bread had been toasted a bit longer. Sophia was very personable, knowledgeable and happy to answer our questions. I started with the Pistachio Latte that was the perfect flavor and I enjoyed it very much. There's not tons of seating so I can see why wait times can be long during peak periods. Shout out to our server Cam, who was full of energy and recommendations. The place is full of character and lots of pink (of course); one might describe it as having a European-boho vibe with a sprinkle of lux and elegance. A friend and I decided to try Pink Pistachio. We opted to stay on theme and each went with the pistachio latte, her's was hot and mine was Iced. They were both bold, rich, and creamy. I preferred the flavor of the iced option, but you really can't go wrong. We came for the desserts, so I opted for the viral mousse in the coco bean flavor, and she went with the Knafeh crepe with pistachio gelato. The mousse had a light chocolate shell with a vanilla (?) mousse and a coffee soaked cake inside. I feel the mousse was more of a pudding consistency, but it wasn't bad. The crepe, however, stole the show. It was light and fluffy with just enough toppings to keep it from being overly sweet. Went here Saturday 8/22/26 with my girlfriend. We arrived at 11am, just walked in no reservation. Got seated right away. The place is SUPER CUTE!! The wait staff, atmosphere & food were EXCELLENT!!! The vibe was so relaxed & cool. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich on sourdough bread with fries & coleslaw...YUM!! My friend had the fried chicken sandwich & fries, also YUM!! A very loud restaurant with selfie addicted patrons. The food is fine, the serivce is a bit slow. You are only permitted 90 minutes at your table. We were finished eating within an hour, the service took up almost tallhe rest of the time. The biggest problem is with the policies for payment. They will only split a check four ways, leaving larger parties to double up and pay each other. There is a 12% fee that is added to every check with no noticication until the actual check is presented for payment. Our party decducted that amount from the tip provided to the server. Pricing seems high plus they add a 12% service fee for dining in on top of total before tip. I guess it's good for people who don't dine in. Adding it in across all their sales they could pay their staff themselves. This seems like a more approachable pricing solution and wouldn't put off customers. From the outside it looks cute and Instagram influencer style but it's LOUD inside with no noise control. The tables are incredibly small you will bump into the people you are sitting with. The waiters are inattentive and don't know what is available and what is not. - the checks can only be split four ways so make sure you don't come with too many friends. 12% gratuity is added but not mentioned upon arrival or at checkout unless you notice so do not tip even when they ask. I was at the cafe for nearly two hours, and it took over 30 minutes just to receive a single latte. When my drink finally arrived, it wasn't even what I ordered. I asked for a pistachio latte and was served a mango mojito instead. After waiting that long, it was incredibly frustrating to receive the wrong item. I also ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, which unfortunately did not live up to expectations. The sandwich had far more breading than chicken, and the breading itself wasn't particularly crispy. When I eventually received my pistachio latte, the quality was disappointing. There were hard coffee grounds and large chunks of pistachio throughout the drink, which made it unpleasant to drink. What stood out most was the lack of attentiveness from the staff. Several employees appeared more interested in talking amongst themselves and using their phones than assisting customers. The overall atmosphere gave the impression that customer service was not a priority. At one point, the manager appeared to be seated and using her phone while customers were waiting for orders, which did not inspire confidence that service issues were being addressed. I also noticed sanitation concerns. There appeared to be fruit flies around my table, and I saw ants in the restroom. Regardless of the cause, these are issues that should be addressed promptly in a food service establishment. Additionally, there were children running around the dining area without much supervision, which added to the overall sense of disorder. I understand that every business has busy days, and mistakes happen. However, considering the prices being charged, I expected a much higher level of service, cleanliness, and attention to detail. Customers should not feel like an inconvenience when they are paying for a product and experience.
