First time at this nail salon and Jenny really made my experience great! My nails came out exactly like my inspo pic and she made sure to take her time. I got my toes done with another lady in the salon (didn't get her name) and she did a good job but one of my toe nail's paint came off, I went to the salon to get it fixed and Jenny greeted me so kindly and fixed it so quickly! I will definitely be back because of Jenny!
I got manicure and pedicure for my daughter and I. My daughter manicure was not pretty. The polish on her nail didn't even match her nail shape and only lasted one day!!! My pedicure she didn't take out cuticle nipper out and when I ask she if she about it she said she already did when she didn't. And the gel polish is already cracking after one day.
i had such an amazing experience at tips and toes 2 nail shop! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable, thanks to Linda .The salon was clean, relaxing, and beautifully organized. My nail tech Jenny took their time, listened to exactly what I wanted, and the results were perfect--clean lines, flawless shape, and long-lasting quality. I've gotten so many compliments on my nails already! This is hands-down one of the best nail experiences I've had. I'll definitely be coming back . Great job Jenny!!
I've been coming here for over a decade. Linda, the owner and her staff are amazing. The service is always top tier. I typically get a white french tip set on my nails & toes but Linda encouraged me to try something different for fall. I love my nails & will continue to come here as long as it's open. My favorite techs are Linda, Mary & Blanca (Blanca is at the original tips and toes).
Amazing pedicure! Beautifully decorated and very clean! Pricing is very reasonable and fair!
I wanted to give this place ANOTHER try being that it was under new ownership, remodeled, & had a new name. I went in unbiased & wanted to locate a new shop that's close & convenient to me. I went in w/ my toddler & was greeted immediately. Asked what services I wanted in which I stated a pedicure & eyebrow/upper lip wax. Asked if I wanted my nails done in which I declined due to my nails being paper thin & they just need a rest from acrylic to heal. I'm not sure the names of the two ladies who serviced me. But let's start off with: Pedicure - I chose the solar pedicure for $55. I had a previous gel pedicure & acrylic on my big toe. I informed the lady I wanted to remove the acrylic because it was visibly bruising on the corner of my nail bed (I had a French tip previously). Possibly from wearing tennis shoes so I just didn't want to deal with it anymore. I also mentioned one of my toe nails broke & if she could be very careful since it was sensitive. She said she was not going to remove the acrylic, even against my request & stated she would file it down to make it even. She used a hand drill to take off the gel. Immediately I noticed the speed was too high. I was flinching & pulling my feet back the entire time she was filing down because it was too fast/hurting. She turned the speed down twice & tested it on her own nail & realized for a 3rd time that it was too fast. So again, turned it down. Since the speed was too high it was burning/thinning out my nail beds. The lady was so rough. Even when she was manually pushing back my cuticles. Since they were already sensitive from drilling, everything was just hurting at this point. & I'm not one to complain! I never said anything, just pulled back every time I felt pain. On the nail that broke, she said she would not use the hand drill. She began to put acetone to soak it w/ a cotton ball. After some of the gel was removed, she used the hand drill to take the rest off! After saying she was going to manually hand file it! Aside from that, the rest of the pedicure was amazing! Rough hands make for a great massage. She used so much great pressure on my legs/feet & it felt amazingggg! She took her time, didn't rush, & the pedicure itself (paint wise) was great. No bumps, streaks, paint on my skin. The shape was mediocre & looked natural. I liked my old shape better though (short & square). My eyebrow/lip wax - Just bad. I would never come here for a wax again. The wax was not the right temperature & barely removed any hair. The woman (different lady from my pedicure) just "cleaned it up." Didn't shape or define anything. & she started plucking my inner brows & removed a chunk of hair that was not supposed to be removed! I understand brows are supposed to be sisters, not twins. But damn, you didn't have to do me like that. Lol. I was done in less than 3mins & was rushed. I was flabbergasted when she began to talk about TIPPING! I always tip & I always tip good based on quality/services rendered. But the fact you're gonna basically tell me to. She told me that she prefers cash tips, tipping is separate from price, & to tip her separately from the lady that did my toes. Tf. Lol. & the fact she kept repeating it 2-3xs when she was finishing up. She was whispering it too. Made me NOT want to! That was annoying. You didn't even do a good job. BUT, I tipped her anyways. Not to mention she got oil all over my hair & left me leaving w/ some greasy ass looking hair (which is one of my biggest pet peeves, I absolutely HATE greasy hair). My was $84. $6 was unaccounted for so idk what they charged me for. Pedicure was $55 + $10 gel coat =$65. +$8 eyebrow & $5 upper lip =$78. Then tip on top. I basically paid $100 for pedicure wack ass wax. The ambiance is nice & looks updated from previous owner. Open floor plan & has plenty of workers so you're not waiting. I saw a lady who went in to look at prices/colors & they were hounding her. Lol. Plenty of ample parking spaces. Outcome - The 2 stars is really cuhs my leg/foot massage was fire & the paint texture on my toe nails are good (not bumpy/streaks). I don't think I'd come back here anymore. I came here 3xs too many already. Lol. Time to give other places a try!
Love love looooooove this set Jenny did! I am her biggest fan for her work! I asked for a fill and she executed this so perfectly. It was a nice rainy day and the place always gives me a cozy and very clean place to in. I love it here! Can't wait to come back again!
Terrible job! I came in for acrylic overlay on my natural nails which I've been growing out for a couple months. First, the lady didn't not understand what coffin shape was so she started cutting away. I told her once again the shape I wanted and she said she'd fix them. When it came time to the acrylic overlay, she's packed the nails with powder...after I told her I wanted a think layer. The acrylic powder was so much, it crumbled up under my nails. Nails were uneven and thick. Polish came off within an hour. This was my first time and will definitely not be back.
Their goal is aim for the best every time you come in and they have proved me right. I always have a good experience every time I go in. Everyone is so kind. Lee always does an amazing job with my pedicures and Jenny always does my manicures. Today I came in uncertain what I wanted with my Halloween nails and Jenny was so patient and kind and helped bring my Halloween nails idea to life.
I came in for a pedicure (gel) and muanicure (full new set) pedicure went somewhat well. My pinky still hurts but looks okay. but the lady who did my manicure did a very poor and sloppy job. She didn't file down bumps that were left on my tips of the nail and once she did the color, it was very sloppy, I understand French tip might be a little more difficult. At the end when she filed down the edges, she removed the polish making the design look sloppy. I am not one to complain and I hate telling them how to do their job so I tend to just stay quiet and walk away with whatever I get. as I'm getting ready to pay and leave, the same woman looks at me and tells me my eyebrows are uneven and she will fix it for me. I told her that I'm in a hurry and I need to go and she ignores me and goes to the waxing area and again she repeats to me that my eyebrows are very uneven that she will fix for me. I agreed and sat down once she had done my eyebrows, she tells me full face for $15. I'm already laying there so I said OK that's fine. Well I go home and my eyebrows are actually now uneven and with some hair towards the bottom of the eyelid. My lips and chin are not waxed properly both sides still have small amount of hair left. I paid 135 for this lady to do a poor job overall

the perfect set to get before my trip! it was very similar, if not exactly the same, to the inspo photo I provided. the staff is very kind and attentive. the interior design is also beautiful. request linda and/or jennie for services! read more

it was my first time coming here & LAST time. my nail tech was a heavy set man who seemed very rushed to do my nails. he kept pulling my hand out of the UV light not allowing my nails to fully cure & now my nails have bubbles. read more

I go to Linda for my nails and to Mary for my pedicures and they both do an incredible job! Mary massages you really good and Linda is super gentle and does a brilliant job as well! The vibes there are super relaxing! Everything is amazing! I recommend Linda and Mary they're both fantastic ladies read more
