So, I wasn't going to leave this review- I was just never going to come back. So I was getting Gel X done with extensions, the girl who helped me trimmed my cuticle and caused me to bleed a lot. In her panic, she put super glue on my cut to stop the bleeding, then put a washcloth back on it to stem the bleeding but ended up supergluing the washcloth to my finger. She then ripped the washcloth off my finger (which HURT) and had to spend 5min tweezing off the bits of washcloth that were not glued to my finger. She also gaslit me and said my skin was so thick, so it was my fault. Not only that- but she often applied too much glue and had to keep redoing her applications. Even after that horrific experience- I was going to let it go. I even tipped her $30 because I'm too nice and hate conflict. But we're barely 3 days in having these nails and already my thumb nail popped off in front of my friggin boss. Beware of this place. There's a reason why some people never return. read more

I've been here twice and the service is a delight as it's high quality. The first time I went I got Gel-X and I really liked my nails! I don't have pics of that, but I went this past Mother's Day. Even though there was a wait, it was only 10 minutes and I think that's because everyone getting their nails done for the holiday. Recently, I got a gel-overlay (Gel builder in a bottle) on my nails. I'm trying to get my nail growth back and keep my cuticles healthy, as I'm a nail biter. Hannah did my nails and took her time as well as paid attention to all details of my nails. I hesitated in writing this review as I tend to just take my loss and leave it at that but this time I feel negatively affected way past than just the negative experience of the appt. Linh Le did not listen to my request of nail color but I thought it's gonna look good regardless, I might like her color and method so I didn't fight her on it. Then during the process she was aggressive and cut my skin when she filed off the previous gel color. I flinched various times and she noticed but did not adjust or try to be more careful. She even went as far as to say " You seem to have a cut, who did that ?" when she noticed one of the cuts was more noticeable. I was taken aback as to why she would ask me that and when I replied with " That was ealier when I flinched it was because you hurt me" and she said nothing. I should have stood up and walked out but like many of us when these things happen we are just too in shock to react. She cut down my nails but ended up cracking two of my nails. She tried to hide it but I saw. I thought it wasn't a big deal since it would be held together with the gel nail polish and I was just trying to make the best of the situation. My nails really burned with the cleaning liquids she used to try to stop the bleedings and everytime I put my feet back in the hot water I felt the many stings from the cuts . I thought I just had to take the pain and my skin would heal with time ( I'm not one to cause a scene or confront clearly ) . I payed and tipped and left hoping the healing would come quick and I could move past the experience but days later my nails still hurt and one is now infected. I am fustrated and saddened that the negative experience has yet to come to an end. read more

I've been going to this nail place for approx 1-1.5 years and the prices always varied so I began noting them down. Last time I went a gel mani and pedi was around 83-85 dollars alittle on the high side but Jenny and holly did amazing work. I recently went back after a couple months since I moved out of the area. Holly did amazing. I believe Lee was doing my mani and did a bad job it took her an extra 30 minutes to fix my nails when she noticed me looking at them. When it came time to pay the total was 100 dollars. I asked how much did the price change by since my last visit. the older woman at the register told me it has never changed it's been same price. She charged me 34 for a basic pedi and 22 for getting gel on just my toes!! That's almost the same price as the pedi itself!! She than said it's 22 for gel on my hands and when I asked how much for the mani itself she kept saying 22! Some of the workers are very good but I would double check on the prices before agreeing. It can get busy so appt are recommended. Maybe they raised the prices when they upgraded the establishment. read more

Came here last minute. I didn't realize that they closed early, so I apologize to the workers and I told him I wanted to pedicures, but they told me they can't take one since they will be closing soon.. I mentioned no worry. That is completely fine. That's my fault. Then they were so nice and accommodating. They asked me. What did I want and I just said a simple basic pedicure, and they took me in even though they were closing, and they were fast and good and clean and very attentive to detail. Probably the worst experience I had with a nail technician- Anne or Anna. She was talking negatively in Vietnamese - surprise surprise- I understand Vietnamese. She was soooo rude from beginning to end but I can tell she was just putting on a fake smile. I asked for a specific service from the beginning and I was complaining for what I'm "'making her due". Why was I paired with a nail tech who didn't like doing that specific service. She nicking me left and right without much care at all and then laughs if off saying it the machine... like lady... so I'm sitting there bleeding and she's continuing on. I've never been here before but i just went today. It's a cute place and everyone was so nice. At the front desk, the boss offered some candy before me getting my nails done, it was nice of him. I got my nails done from this wonderful lady named Linh. She's actually the sweetest lady that's done my nails before. As someone who does her own nails (gel x ) These nails I had done in Nov 30th for my brothers wedding... let me tell you they grew out to Jan 12th when I ripped them off ( I work with kids) were so VERY durable! The quality was amazing and I got cat eye polish it was perfect I'm so surprised! I would 100% come here again for any special occasion. Didn't have no ring of fire or any uneven nails they made sure I was happy and was very gentle! We had a 8am appointment scheduled days previously. Genuinely surprised and definitely coming back! Well, well..... I visited the salon today for a pedicure. Ann performed my pedicure. It was ok, but I had requested Sydni, but to my surprise and shock she was no longer working there. Now my eyebrow has raised, for she just had done my pedicure three weeks ago. First red flag was the credit card machine was down, which I DO NOT BELIEVE to be true! They just wanted cash . We all know that merchants have to pay for those machines and their use. As Ann completed my pedicure, I sat in the chair to dry and continue with my chair massage. They had the nerve to ask me to move to another seat where the nails were being done - so that another lady could sit next to her family member. However , the chair to the left of her and next too her was empty. I REFUSED TO MOVE. I wanted to continue my massage and sit a bit for my toes to dry. The nerve. Then the attendant tried to explain the reason for asking me to move. Stating that it had to do with the cleaning of the chairs, so the technicians would have less chairs to clean. Are you freaking kidding me??? Not my problem! They are working and if cleaning is part of your daily routine then you should clean regardless of how many chairs are used. I was like OMG! It was a rocky start with the application but they did not give up and I came out with great results despite my complicated nail art set it turned out like the picture I showed them. Decided to get a pedi last minute and this pace had pretty good reviews. Was able to just walk in and got a regular pedicure, I'm used to seeing tools come out of sterile packaging but not sure where these tools came from. My toe nails were cut uneven and she barely buffed them so the edges are rough. The whole time the lady doing my nails was constantly stopping to use her phone.
