Today really stood out to me with my experience and their customer service and really taking their product/work seriously. I picked a bright pink (it was a brand new color) and it looked great but a little while after leaving the salon the color started to turn purple with markings (very odd). I called and told them what happened and sent photos and they said to come back and they would fix it. I arrived about 6:15 and waited, no problem they were busy. When it was my turn everyone was so kind and made sure I liked my new color, checked in and never rushed even though it was past closing and I'm sure everyone wanted to go home.
