Tried them out for the first time and had a positive experience! I felt super safe with the worker which is a big plus. It's always kind of nerve-wracking having someone in your space you don't know, the company made it easy and comfortable. Loved our service rep, shout out to Jennifer and Olivia for their hard work. Their company has packages and bases their quote on what you want to add. How frequent etc. Just ask their suppprt, they are very friendly and Informative. And if your package doesn't have what you need, you can always add on something and let them know before the visit with support. Working with Pink Sponge Glendora has been an absolute nightmare, and I've been incredibly patient before resorting to writing this review. They've charged my card multiple times without my permission, even after I repeatedly asked them to remove my debit card from their system. I've reached out to Jennifer so many times asking why I'm being charged for services they never even provided, and she hasn't bothered to respond. On top of that, the cleaning is horrible--streaks left all over the floor. I brought it up to her as well and again no response!! The two stars are for Valerie the girl who came out to clean my apartment the girls in the office had no clue what she goes through I told him it would it would take two people three hours and they wanted to charge me more than what they wanted to charge me for one person for 5 hours made no sense the girl never got the job done but what she did do she did very well she had a great attitude and felt very bad that she was caught in the middle of the office and myself they do not allow enough time for her to clean what needed to be cleaned and three of my rooms did not get cleaned I am very disappointed in my $400 for 5 hours for one girl when I could have paid two girls $400 for 3 hours and that would have made sense and more work would have got done but no the girls in the office have to save their money because they're taking advantage of these poor young workers that's how I feel about them I wouldn't suggest anybody use them cuz they're using you read more

The service has done a good job. It it feels good to have a schedule, and on one day when I needed to move things around, they worked with me. I love the 30 minute heads up warnings, and the Bugs are so cute. It feels good to have my space cleaned up. I was on the cusp of cancelling the service because I had entertained the idea of a new years resolution to clean up my own messes, but Jannis has worked hard in the house and brought me happiness to my day. UPDATE: Lowering the rating on this company from 5 to 2 stars because they were NOT transparent about how much they were going to charge me. Please make sure you ask a lot of questions and that they do the walk through prior to the initial service. They ended up charging me 4x what I was quoted...almost $400. Which I unfortunately did not find is worth the cleaning service that was provided. They didn't even clean my entire house. The cleaning crew also said they didn't know how much I would be charged once they were done. They also scheduled future appointments without my approval. Because of the lack of transparency, I will not be scheduling them for future appointments anymore because I don't want anymore surprise bills. I do appreciate that the company has been responsive to my emails, but I believe that's a different department that whoever is in charge of scheduling services. Old review: Great company. They had availability within 24 hours, which I appreciated. My house looked so much cleaner after Mark and Ester got done with it! They were both super friendly and professional. First time getting a cleaning service and am happy with the service. Every sparkle expert has been great with our dog and with cleaning. I do wish that times were available again when appts are confirmed - it's hard to run a quick errand if arrival window is unknown (this was always showing before). I do wish the ceiling fans were dusted - I understand they won't do anything they can't reach but with a duster you can reach them- and baseboards are not done regularly. Literally part of the reason we chose Pink Sponge is because I saw other reviewers sick of having Tidy cancel on them last moment. We had scheduled with them twice, and they canceled day of both times, with the next appointment not being for weeks. Called Pink Sponge and a very sweet woman named Judy came to our house, walked with us, and by discussing needs vs wants we were able to find a total within our budget. Something I really like is Pink Sponge has employees, not contractors, but they are still much more affordable than Molly Maid (who also uses employees.) Unlike Tidy, Marilyn actually came! She had a very friendly personality, made sure she understood what we were looking for, and did a great job. There were a lot of cute touches too, like the way she organized my daughter's bath toys. It wasn't strictly necessary (I was just so happy that the counters were clean) but it made me smile when I saw it. I cancelled my services with them over 2 weeks ago because they could not follow through with the cleaning service they guaranteed. 1 of the cleaning lady even "cleaned" my dining table by dusting it off with her hands. Called Pink Sponge after having several horrible experiences with Tidy. Pink Sponge office staff was pleasant and attentive. My housekeeper actually showed up unlike Tidy. Marilyn was exactly on time even though I had a 3 hour window. I should have taken before and after pics because what she did with my one shower was nothing short of a miracle. I've been using PSM weekly at my office for the past year and half or so. The service can be a hit or miss. However, today our office was cleaned by MADDY and I am VERY pleased with the work she did today! She gets FIVE stars from us!! I only provided 3 stars because the level of service and attention to detail Maddy provided is not consistent with the other cleaning technicians we've had from Pink Sponge Maids. OMG! Cheyenne was amazing. She paid special attention to detail. She even explained how mirrors should be cleaned properly. Super nice gal, but all of them are. Asked questions, such as do I mind if she uses bleach on the tub and toile. I was glad she asked because I have cats that love the tub, so we just closed the door, while she did her thing. Used Pink Sponge for my yearly house cleaning treat I give myself. I keep things pretty clean but I wanted base boards done, window sills and all those other things that are not very fun. Marilyn did an amazing job! I am pretty picky and I was so happy with her job. She was also so sweet and made sure to ask if I was pleased with her work before she left.
