So I have always loved VS! Back to the old catalog days and when they sold cute clothing, and when the Pink line was mainly just panties. I am definitely dating myself. Many locations have their own Pink store due to the huge ever changing inventory of lounge, athletic, casual wear, accessories, and of course panties & bras. This Pink location has a super large selection of clothing, and other merchandise, many items i dont even see online. There new merchandise is always displayed up front, and older items towards the back. I believe this location is bigger with more inventory than the Arden store. Displays are always eye catching, neat, and store is brightly lit. Because i love bright colors, glitter, and quality made cutesie, girly items; i am drawn in. I dont usually buy from Pink or VS unless i have a coupon or they are running a special. Workers here seem friendly and usually i come during the week on my break so store is usally pretty quiet and easy to maneuver. If you are a Pink fan like me -dont sleep on this Stockton Weberstown Mall location. read more

I don't know what happened in this branch, staff members lack knowledge of their own product. Unfriendly, they need further training. Overall they have a poor service. Hopefully the new manager can straighten and bring back the fun, knowledgeable and friendly members. read more

I am basing this review on customer service and NOT the actual merchandise. I came in on a Sunday afternoon and the shop was PACKED. But almost immediately, a sales girl asked if I needed help (I must have looked lost, lol). I got sized and sent back to a fitting room and within minutes another girl came with several styles in my size for me to try on. She checked on me 3 times to make sure it was the right size for me and to bring me a couple of other options. I still feel like most of the merchandise caters to a younger woman but I have to say the customer service that day was top notch! read more

Why 3 stars ? Well everytime I come here it's always packed. Lots of ladies checking out and buying stuff. But that's not the reason why. There's always sales ladies who will try to help u find things. Ok I get it , it's part of ur job but most of the time it's either I'm lucky to find a sales person who is sincere about helping me or most of the time they love chatting with their co-workers. Honestly in my opinion , I would rather look into things myself than ask anybody to help me. After all most of them would say everything is in the rack anyways , right ? I probably saw more than 10 girls assisting . one third of them just chatting with each other . And the number of sales persons adding to the crowd . And when u see there's a long line. Why? Bec there's only 2 cashier available . But there's 4 counter . So why can't they just fill up a the cashier and start really working so we don't have to stay in line that long . Will I come back ? I always have a hard time finding bras here since there are so many styles to choose from. I prefer simple taste with no lace and that does its job. The workers always offer to show my new selections so I always feel a little bombarded, then again that is their job. read more

Definitely a big fan of the Victoria's Secret at Weberstown Mall! Probably the best customer service I've experienced at any mall. I walked in one day to ask about one of their deals at the very front of the store, and as I was told to head to the back, the staff members spoke over their headsets so that the staffer in the back of the store could help me out without asking any questions. I was definitely impressed! It is pricey here, but its the essentials! And they always have good deals. :) read more

Wow. They always amaze me on their service at this location. I came in here just a few days before Christmas and didn't have a receipt to make a return on a bra I bought. So I asked if they were able to return it to my credit card, which I had used to make a purchase on. At first the lady said they weren't able to do so. Then she asked a manager and they were able to give me a gift card for the amount I spent for the bra. So instead of keeping the gift card I ended up buying 4 pairs of incredible undies, which my sister has been raving about that you won't be able to see them under thin pants. This is by far my favorite store around!!! Just walking into the store makes you want to buy something! Love the athletic clothes, super comfy and cute! Also I love when they have a panty sale! Store is really adorable, its like walking through a closet full of irresistible clothes! The only down side is it gets really busy and cashiers are limited. read more

You handled the rude crowd very professionally, and with much patience. Thank you Monica very much for your help also. I was ready to leave the minute children were moving around through the store, and people were rudely crowding my small space. Your store employees have always been very helpful, and courteous, I appreciate that very much. It is very admirable to see men purchasing items for their significant other, however it is very uncomfortable to have strange men watching women choose their choice of panties. Again, with your help (employees) you did a great job of changing the atmosphere, and made a chaotic morning pleasant. Lady shoppers, be courteous towards other lady customers, it is rude to allow your children to rudely run around, and your significant other going through the drawers reaching over us ladies while we are trying to choose our undergarments. It is just common courtesy, and would be much appreciated by other lady shoppers. It is almost an invasion of privacy when we as ladies do not know the strange men reaching into the same panty drawer we are trying to choose from. This place needs a serious make over!! Reason for that is the carpet is horrible their are stains throughout the floor. The base boards on all the stands and the drawers that hold all the bras and panties are scuffed up and scratched up. Yes Victoria secret may have a great product but when it is displayed in a store that looks like this. It brings its worth down. Also I like to explain each star for my review. The star I put in my review is for the employees trying to keep things organized in an area full of racks and clutter because even though there is to much product on the floor and not enough space for it they still manage to help as much as they can. read more

Yeah they kinda bug you by asking if you need help every time you walk past them...but it's better than not get ANY help. They're nice, the store is clean and the products are amazing. They are pricey but you're still gonna pay the price if you have the money and if you don't, go to Walmart or Target for your lingerie and don't complain about the prices.
