THE ABSOLUTE RUDEST EMPLOYEES IVE EVER SEEN TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!!!! they instantly were literally HUFFING AND PUFFING ENTIRE TIME WE WERE IN THERE THEN TEN MINUTES TO CLOSING WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE IN THERE AND THE LITTLE MEXICAN ONE DECIDED TO YELL "JUST SO U KNOW U ONLY HAVE 10 minutes LEFT " and then we payed with cash and card and both her and the emo chick scoffed and like scolded my friend for doing that! wow im speechless they were so unprofessional i will probably never go back there and make sure everyone i know knows it's probably not a good store to go to apparantly their boss doesn't care what they look like either considering the Hispanic one was straight up in her pjs and the other one had a huge ugly gauge in her nose or something straight looked like some strange tribal type thing. so weird!!! its clear neither of them appreciate the job they have whatsoever. like if u hate your job to that extent why even do it ? shoot id be a better employee than them two literally the two most unpleasant employees i have ever met id understand if we were there past closing but the store was clearly still open for least thirty mins when we got there ! I had a wonderful experience at Intimates & Adult Superstore. You should give Mr. Edward Wisnee a raise and a pat on the back! A little backstory: my husband and I have been having problems in the love-making department--as in, we haven't done the diddy in almost three months. He's been under a lot of stress lately chorin' on the far. and taking care of our sweet bessy, Elsa trying to ween her off the bottle. See, Elsa's mama died shortly after giving birth. She became really ill and her moo moo utters just wasn't producing enough choccy milk anymore. We made the decision to put her down so we had to take responsibility of her feedings. Anyway. When I asked for help, Mr. Wisner took one look at me and his eyes lit up. "I know just the thing that'll make your husband's toes curly" he said gleefully. and he did. that red, spicy get-up helped rekindle my marriage. The outside of the building really needs some work, badly; but the inside really looks nice. And the place smells a lot better than it used to. They've pulled some kind of trick, there is more space to move around in; but they seem to have a larger selection than before. The inside is a real surprise, from the cheery hello the clerk gave, he seems actually happy to see me, to how nice and bright the inside is compared to the outside. The people are helpful and they have lots of testers to demonstrate various products and they are more than willing to work with people to help them find what they want. And when people aren't sure what they want the staff is more they willing to help them figure out what might suit their needs. Brian and Anthony were amazing and they had great knowledge on all the products and the different warranty options with each product. Even if you are not ever going to probably return something to the manufacturer it's still a nice safety net if something does break. If it has moving parts and vibrates you can bet something can go wrong. Everything in the store was of good quality and it was neat and even though they were both men, my girlfriend was completely relaxed talking about things that are normally meant for just us. As per usual, Winona and Edward are great! They went above and beyond to help me find what I wanted. Their service is top notch plus their variety in products is massive! Not only were they very knowledgeable on their products but they made me feel like the customer was their top priority. Letting me know about product warranties and printing an extra receipt for me just in case I lost one was a huge plus! Service was awesome I can't remember her name but I think it started with an "M" she was super helpful in choosing something for my grouchy deprived mother that has been single for over 15 years. Of course I also got myself a few things along with a few birthday presents. They were putting up new and updated product so it was pretty awesome to see some of the new inventory. This is probably my favorite "adult" store to go to. Actually it is the only one I go to because of the sales associates. Can I give this place negative stars??? This is the most disgusting establishment I have ever stepped foot into. I am so creeped out by the manager and his lack of care for his employees to let them work in this dirty and gross of an environment. Not to mention the fact that he dresses like he is pimping out his dancers. This place needs the health department to step in and make some changes bad or Lodi council needs to come together and shut it down before this town has an outbreak of incurable diseases from the lack of proper cleaning done here. read more

I've been to Intimates probably 50 times or more.it has a lot of cool things to entertain the adult dude or chick.. It's got lots of parking space and the people that work there are right on. Always real nice and helpful. I usually slide in there when I pass through Lodi and watch a video in the booths in the back of the store. The place is always clean and they treat you right. read more
