My favorite froyo place is back in OC! I used to eat Pinkberry religiously until they close all their location around my area. This Pinkberry is located inside the train station with the rainbow dome light in Anaheim, next to the Honda center and the Angel stadium. I usually park at the loading zone right in front of the building with my emergency lights on, and I go inside and order the frozen yogurt. This location has one of the best service by far and all the employees pack the dessert in the cup. My favorite flavor is the original, perfect sweetness with right amount of tartness to it. This Pinkberry location is also affiliated with Auntie Anne's pretzels. I couldn't resist and ordered some too. All my guests loved their Pinkberry yogurt with the fresh toppings. The guy working here that helped us was friendly and awesome. This was my first time trying Pinkberry and I think it's way better than the other large FroYo brand. The only downside is you can't get your own toppings but I think the flavor of the yogurt is better and makes it worth it. The classic/plain tart and chocolate hazelnut with cheesecake bites was awesome and definitely will be my go-to. It's also located inside the metro station so I'm sure that helps with how busy it is since we were the only customers there at the time. The only "issue" is that it's located by the indoor seating area for the food court so a lot of people are still sitting down and eating without masks despite COVID restrictions. Fro-yo girl. It's been years since a new Pinkberry opened in California...that is, until this new location opened at ARTIC. The new location was delayed for years by bureaucractic red tape but it finally opened this year. Pinkberry shares the kiosk with Auntie Anne's (the businesses are side by side). I like how most of their froyo flavors are tart, unlike most places. Their froyo is lighter and more refreshing. The Pinkberry space looks very nice. They have a few chairs on the side and some additional tables towards the center of the building. The menu is on a digital sign. The images rotate, so you will probably need to wait to see the flavors of the day and froyo prices menu. There are six froyo flavors a day, smoothies, and froyo shakes. They don't have as many toppings as the self-serve places but the toppings feel more selective. They had fresh fruit, nuts, chocolate crisps, mochi, popping boba, honey, shaved chocolate, streusel, cereal, cookie dough, cheesecake, yogurt chips, granola and luxe toppings like Nutella and milk chocolate crunch. The luxe toppings cost extra. Froyo flavors of the day: * Meyer lemon: I was excited to see this flavor again, it's really wonderful, loads of meyer lemon tangy flavor, light and smooth texture * Pinkbee's strawberry ice cream * Pomegranate * Original tart * Chocolate hazelnut * Power berry Froyo prices: Small $4.15/ Medium $5.45/ Large $7.95/ Cone $2.95. A small with unlimted toppings is $5.79. It's more expensive than the typical Pinkberry, but their locations at transportation centers typically are more expensive. With Pinkberry locations closing left and right, I was excited to find out that there would be one opening nearby. I don't foresee myself using any of the transportation services at the ARTIC but aside from the restaurant upstairs, Pinkberry is another reason I may drop in. One noticeable difference is the pricing of this location. Two of their small sizes which comes with unlimited toppings came close to $11. That just seems on the pricey side for the amount of yogurt that you get. Still, I have to say I am a fan of their original flavor that it makes me somewhat overlook the higher price point. Hopefully more places will continue to open up at the ARTIC in order to make it a destination for locals to visit. read more

I'm a little butthurt that this is now the only location in Orange County :( Pinkberry has always been my favorite froyo spot. I enjoy all of their froyo flavors, but my favorite will always be the original tart. They may not have self-service, but they've always had the best, most delicious, and freshest original tart...no other place can compare. This particular Pinkberry is tucked inside an unnecessarily fancy and aesthetically-pleasing train/bus center and is next to an Auntie Anne's. I believe the staff work both stores. I haven't been to Pinkberry in a while and didn't know they now had a matcha tart flavor! I asked for a sample, and IT WAS DELICIOUS. My new favorite, after original tart of course. Fruit was fresh, as always. And the dang delicious gummy bears were great (my fave is the red flavor). The workers here (and at Auntie Anne's) are sooo friendly, polite, and upbeat. I love Pinkberry and there's only one location left in OC so I went and I still love it but the service was awful. There was one employee and she served us badly. She was rude, impatient, and acted like she didn't know what my mom said. She ignored my nephew too. I felt like she was rushing through our orders even though there was no one after us. Pinkberry is always my favorite if I crave for yogurt! they used to have more locations, but this location is the only left around where I live. I walked in today... there was a small lady whio was still young at the counter.. she looked busy tranfering fruits into the container... we waited for couple minutes for her to look up and asked if we needed help. Couple minutes passed.. she still did not care.. still looked down and continued what she was doing. Then I started to ask her about the price of the cup size. Again.. without looking up... she asked me with a very rude tone of voice... almost like yelling... "What do you need?" Not like "How can I help you?!". It caught me surprise of her poor manner and poor customer service. I said to her "is this how you talk to the customers?" She looked up to me with her rude face and her tone of voice is now yelling back at us... She said ... I asked what do you need..? She added... I dont think you understand... OMG! It was the three words we could say... we asked to speak to the manager... she said "Im the manager" and walked away... 3 minutes later... two security guys came and asked us what happened... I explained and they said she called to report that we harrassed her... We were speechless.... No wonder Pinkberry is going out of bussiness due to this kind of horrible manner employee they hired. From this day on... We wont ever support their bussiness anymore if we see that rude face of that one lady there... her name was Lindsay (She never provided her name... we got it from other person). The yogurt was delish a and the service was great. They are a combo between wetzel pretzel and pink berry but they make it work.

Super helpful staff with great service. Would definitely come back especially since there aren't many Pinkberrys left.
