Great donuts. terrible service. The staff is very rude and impatient every time we come to this location. It doesn't matter if we are in the store or in the drive through, and it doesn't matter which staff member is attending to us, it is always a negative experience. On top of all that, I would add, how ridiculous it is that I have to come in with a predetermined amount of donuts in mind... what if I come in thinking i wanted a half dozen, but 2 more donuts really stand out to me? maybe you should just happily take my money instead of yelling at me for not adhering to the arbitrary amount of donuts you made me commit to at the start of my experience... or better yet, don't force me to commit to an amount at all... I guess it doesn't matter though. We won't be coming back here. read more

I recently visited the Pinkbox Donut location in St. George, and I was extremely disappointed with my experience. As a paying customer, I expected a bit of understanding and courtesy, especially when it comes to something as basic as using the restroom. I arrived with my little one, who really needed to use the bathroom, but I was informed that it was not allowed for customers. This lack of consideration for families is disheartening and made our visit quite uncomfortable. I believe that businesses should prioritize customer service and show empathy, especially for those with young children.
