I will never come here again I usually goto Hi-Fashion nails to wax my eyebrows but my normal eyebrow lady wasn't in and was on vaycay.do I googled a near by place and this one came up. So I go in they tell me to goto the back room and wait for the lady. So I'm sitting there while she starts waxing I asked her for an arch I had been growing my brows out for a whole month they were def ready. I came here on the day of my birthday because I was running short on time and it is close to my house (I usually go to Prestigious Nails on Heights) but I decided to give it a try. I am not one to complain about anything because I feel bad for people and I know they are trying but this was way too much. I asked for a shellac manicure and pedicure. 1st of all, my pedicure was horrible. An old man did them and honestly I do a wayyyy better job on myself. However it didn't compare to the HORRIBLE shellac manicure I got. I told the lady I wasn't happy with the result, it honestly looked like an 8 year old little girl who was blindfolded did them. They were super messy! She then said "oh no problem, I'll fix" so the nice person that I am, I gave her a chance to fix them. In the middle of her "fixing" them, she was hurting and cutting me! I finally told her to just go ahead and take them off. I also told her "I am not paying for this" she said in a bitchy tone "No, you have to pay" She was then hurting me just to take them off!! So I left the salon with half done bad and then half of them "removed"...on top of that I was forced to pay $48 for the actual manicure & pedicure - which btw they didn't do a great job either. I was then forced to push back my birthday dinner so that I would have time to go to my usual nail salon to fix them. As soon as they saw my nails they asked "What happened to your nails?!" I do not recommend this place at all! If you care about your nails then save yourself a trip.. You get what you pay for here they are cheap so if you don't mind the risk of getting an infection or a few cuts or burns then this is the place for you. It isn't clean there are dirty dishes just sitting around random junk dirt and dust every where no licenses to show they are credible nail techs. They are very friendly and polite great customer service. It is very noisy so if you are looking for a relaxing experience this is not the best place for you. I did not allow her to finish my nails I just got a soak off!
