They gave us a 2-4 PM arrival window and showed up toward the later end, which was totally fine. I wasn't home during the service, but my husband was, and the technician called when he arrived and explained everything clearly. They shampooed, agitated, and deodorized the carpets, and took extra care with the areas where our dog had accidents. I was especially impressed with how the stairs turned out--while they weren't heavily soiled, they tend to trap a lot of dog hair from daily use, and they came out looking really clean and refreshed. He also recommended a quick vacuum after drying, which helped a lot with any remaining hair. Overall, they did a really solid job.

They laid out what info they needed from me, provided scheduling options quickly without needless back and forth, and provided an easy portal and confirmation emails for a smooth process and status tracking. The actual service was also pretty good. The only thing I wish they'd clarified was how they handled stains, such as marker stains. It'd have been nice to know beforehand how they dealt with them, if at all, and what to expect with that. Otherwise, the value was overall standard and good compared to other similar businesses.

They cleaned them but didn't remove the soap before applying a semi-gloss sealer, trapping residue underneath and leaving ugly, blotchy stains. When I called, they came back, admitted the employee was new and inexperienced, and promised to fix it. After several visits and me pointing out missed areas, the technician started blaming my floors and even called me "picky." In the end, the sealer was stripped off but never reapplied, so my floors were left looking worse than before. For the amount I paid, this was unacceptable. A company acting in good faith would have refunded my money after delivering such poor, damaging work. Instead, I'm left with uneven, unsealed, and blotchy marble floors. Save yourself the headache--do not hire this company!

I prepaid for the estimated quote over the phone. Max, with the back office team, confirmed my schedule and was available if I had questions. Carla was my cleaning professional. She arrived early, showed up with all her tools and solutions in hand. She put on booties as she entered my home. She walked the two bathrooms and then got to work. She ran over by 30 minutes. Max, called to confirm the extra time so Carla could continue to work. The whole time Carla was available for questions and asked for my inspection after the work. She was very pleasant to talk to and helpful. Tip was added to the invoice after the work was completed. No need to hand over cash or deal with cards. The work was beyond great. Dusted, mopped, trash emptied, mirrors clean, trash liners added to the dust bins, and even the paper label put over the toilet cover and seat to show it had been sanitized. Great team Carla and Max. The ladies that came to clean our house did a good job, I won't deny that. But the whole process would have been a lot smoother and less frustrating had the coordination and billing been more upfront. I requested a move out cleaning and had coordinated pricing based on square footage and rooms with someone over the phone. They knew what they were quoting me for. I'll admit, my rental did need a little more work but it wasn't in obscene condition by any means. I thought superb maids' pricing was competitive, until the day of the cleaning. Only 2 hours into the cleaning, I got a call, they hit me with an additional $315 dollar fee because they needed more time. They gave me the option to not pay the fee but that meant "prioritizing" certain areas and not completing the move out clean. When I booked the service, I got the impression that the cost was a flat fee for the specific service. At no point did they discuss additional fees with me. Also keep in mind that on their website, under the move out cleaning page it specifically says: "Tasks are defined and approved before the service begins -- pricing is fixed in advance" Which was very misleading in my case. The staff were all friendly, and good to work with (as good as it could be with a situation like this I suppose). But the whole situation left me blindsided and with a bad taste in my mouth. If you're looking to hire superb maids, they'll do a decent job, but make sure you ask about fee pricing up front so you don't get surprised on the back end. P.S. check your trash bins after a move out cleaning. One of the "typical" services included with move out is supposed to include "trash removal", yet they left trash in my bin which was a no go on my move out inspection with my landlord.

They would chat with her, share stories about life and family and notably made her feel happy, she looked forward to their arrival. I work in healthcare and depart before getting to see them in the early hours of the morning. In June 2026, my mother passed away somewhat unexpectedly in the hospital. That following week as I was fumbling through my days and life the team arrived to clean our home. I had ran an errand, and when I returned, the ladies were busy doing their tasks. I came into the kitchen and the woman that my mother was so fond of specifically took one look at me, and I her, and we both began to cry. We hugged and shared our grief for a few moments. It was notable for me on so many levels. She understood and truly felt my pain and loss, and I too saw her sincerity and heart. Not only has this amazing team and company tended to our home for many years now, with love and kindness, they have become a valued part of our life. They touch and are present with all that is around our world. They are irreplaceable to me. I realized that they not only tend to our homes and make life a bit sweeter for us, but they have an investment with those of us they see regularly. How lucky am I to have found this amazing company. I have said it before and will say it again, I am beyond blessed to have found this amazing company, it's owner and the amazing team that makes our world brighter. Literally and figuratively.

When I initially reached out to Pinks Carpet Cleaning for a quote, I was given a quote for a 3-bedroom 1500 sq ft townhome. However, upon the technician's arrival, I was quoted nearly double the amount. Unfortunately, this was scheduled on the final day of my move-out, leaving me no option but to proceed with the service due to time constraints. When I brought this up to McKenzie, her response indicated the quote was based on limited information and that every home differs. I understand that each property can vary in layout and condition, but as a customer, I was not made aware that more details were needed for an accurate estimate. It would have been helpful to know upfront that the initial quote was a rough estimate and subject to change upon inspection. That clarity would have set the right expectations and helped me make a more informed decision. The quality of the cleaning was just okay. I was hoping for a more thorough job given the final cost. Pink's saved the day for my family. We purchased a house that had terrible carpet from years of untreated dog stains. I wasn't sure we would be able to live in the house with the carpet because it was so bad. The night before closing I realized how bad it really was. I went online and McKenzie messaged me back even though it was after 9pm. McKenzie was able to get us a last minute appointment so that the carpets could be dry by move in. Mike showed up early, which is great, and showed me how bad the dog stains really were. I honestly didn't know what to do. Mike is a magician and worked miracles on these awful floors. The carpet is white and you can only imagine how bad they were. Mike was able to make them white again. I don't know how did it, but he truly saved the day. 7 Reasons I say GO WITH THIS COMPANY: #1 McKenzie got back to me RIGHT AWAY when I made my inquiry. #2 The price was reasonable (too low and you think they may be cutting corners and too high and you think they're ripping you off). #3 They had availability that met our needs. #4 Mike and Sal showed up EXACTLY when they said they would. #5 We were walked through everything they were going to do in detail. #6 They did EXACTLY what they said they were going to do (three bedrooms, two area rugs, clean and seal the tile) #7 I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone! NOTE: Do yourself (and the guys) a favor and PICK STUFF UP OFF THE FLOOR YOU NEED CLEANED! They are not maids. If you prep the area, they can work quicker and more efficiently. Pink's!!!!! This dude leaves no pink in your carpet, unless that's it's natural color lol. Seriously, I called him out as a trial. After seeing results and meeting Mike and learning this man knows what he's doing I had him clean all my carpet. The real surprise came when cleaned my tile, it didn't damage the grout (I was concerned about that) and it looked new. He even provided me with information on how to properly clean the floor so it doesn't end up so nasty again. I recently moved into a home from texas and upon first glance while walking through I noticed a little pet smell. I knew the carpets needed to be cleaned to get rid of the issue but I had no idea what I was actually standing on. Jared came in with his blue light and showed me that the last home owner didn't care if the dog used the family area or the back yard. Mike did a great job cleaning our two carpeted areas and lots of tile in our house. We are not the original owners and did not have a chance to clean the tile a few years ago when we moved in and had been putting it off. Did not realize how gross the tile was until after Mike was done cleaning it. Highly recommend Mike to anybody. The pictures I posted are some of the more obvious dirty spots in our grout that came out looking almost brand new after. And he resealed the grout for us too! read more
