TOP NOTCH! On…read moreThursday morning, we called our home warranty service provider, (Liberty Home Guard) because our fridge stopped working. Friday afternoon, Freddie, from Appliance USA, said he would be out to look at it Saturday Morning. He asked a few questions about what happened and what it's doing, he also got the make, serial number and model number. When Freddie arrived, he got right to work. He was very professional and kind, and he didn't have a "better than thou" attitude, like some other service repair people have! He said the control board was bad and he replaced it. He came prepared for several different outcomes, meaning, he had purchased several different parts in advance to get the job done without having to make a second trip. That was forward thinking with having the customer's best interest in mind. We have a working fridge again and life is back to normal! Thank you Freddie, you're the best!!! Oh, also, even thought the repair cost will be billed to our crappy warranty service, (that's my next review) the cost for a Saturday repair service and parts, was very reasonable!

Our furnace is in the attic of our new home, built in 2025. We were told by the plumber that was…read morehelping with the installation of the Generac , generator (what a nightmare co) and he said that the furnace showed signs of leaking, and the metal pan was full of water. Our builder had given us a list of recommended businesses for anything we needed for our home. I called Art and he was very helpful and came out the following morning. He found that the 'P trap' was cracked, something that happened during the original install. He was able to cover it under the warranty, and has seen it before with new houses and the original install. Art finished up this morning and we are now on his annual inspection for the furnace and AC. We are senior citizens and we don't do 'ladders'! We are so blessed Lifestyle Homes gave us Art and High Sierra Heating and Air, LLC. I don't have to remember the appointment for the check-up, we're on his list. He is very courteous, knowledgeable, and turned in the paperwork for the warranty, a value for us.

Now, our refrigerator went out in our own home and I couldn't bring myself to pay over $1000 dollars for a new one so I am glad that we have the option and were aware of Sun Valley Appliances. We got a nice used refrigerator at a great price, and when we got home, we realized we didn't measure the depth and so it didn't fit. Imagine my surprise and disappointment when I read All Sales Final on the receipt. However, I still called and spoke to Sherri, explained we didn't want a refund but to exchange for one that would fit. She was so helpful and understanding and allowed us to make an exchange. Both the employees on the floor were also helpful and assisted with the loading/unloading. I recommend this place for all your appliance needs. It is locally owned and operated. Their guy removed the part (Spider Gear), it was a bit time consuming, but I completely understood as I had just done the work to remove my own and found it disintegrating on the inner stainless tub. Nicole charged a fair price for the used replacement part, but upon removal they could not tap the bolts out. Due to the pot metal (Zinc blend) on these Spider Gears. Nicole further discounted the part, so that I could proceed to take it home and tap these bolts out myself. Ultimately, the part did not work for me, as the metal framework (being softer than the bolts) cracked as the bolts were tapped out. However I was still impressed with their professional and fair conduct with this transaction and if I need a washer/dryer or any parts in the future, I will definitely come to them first. Shawn A.

He called to coordinate in an organized, timely way & showed up in his truck. Apparently my toilet and sink problem was an even bigger issue then I had thought given how long it took, tree roots, and how much equipment had to be brought in. Sam the plumber was excellent.
