First time using this app to contact this company. Worked out well. Just requested service and about 20 mins later they called to set up appointment. They stated how much it would cost. Technician showed up in allotted time. He was friendly and out going. After a bit the problem was solved and final bill came to was told to me when they set up the appointment. Bought dishwasher from Home Depot in December that didn't work from the get go. Manufacturer sent Forrest Appliance to come out and have it fixed. The technician who came out did not have the right parts to fix it. He felt it was the soap dispenser and directed us to call the manufacturer, open a new ticket, and have them come out again. We did. He replaced dispenser and called it good, but it was not. Called manufacturer who told us ticket was still open and to call Forrest again. I called Forrest and was placed on hold for 10 minutes. Finally Sarah, who is apparently the owner, came on the line. She said whoops they forgot to close the ticket but she could keep it open and send her tech out again. She then said I really should call the manufacturer to have them send a different repair place out because she didn't think her tech would be able to diagnose the issue - he'd already been out twice and couldn't figure it out. I asked her to send out the tech again which she said she would do. I said great, I'll call the manufacturer, too, and then she told me I was rude and would no longer help me! I was simply trying to follow her instructions. When I called back to try to reason with them, they said they would not help, call the manufacturer and tell them to have someone else come out and then they hung up on me. Yuck. read more

My hand-me-down dryer went out a few months ago, and finally getting around to get it fixed. I shopped around for a few quotes on diagnostics, and this was the company with the best deal. Not only were they a good deal, I called on a Monday and they were out here by Wednesday. Chris the tech came over and the thing was fixed in about an hour and a half! He even made sure to let me know more about my mystery machine, that it had been worked on prior, what parts were changed, and let me know it was a good dryer. He even came with the parts just in case he could fix it during the diagnostic to avoid having to make multiple appointments. The appointment was fast, getting the appointment was easy and could happen in a timely manner so I didn't have to carry multiple loads to the laundry mat. I will be using them again as well as recommending them to my own friends and family. Great experience! read more

This company was lightening fast to come out to our house, which was so appreciated considering how long it can sometimes take to get appointments. The technician was polite and quick and able to diagnose and repair our dishwasher in the same appointment, which was a nice surprise! And NO it's still isn't working . You said clear as day that it's your responsibility! So make it right . We have a Samsung refrigerator in our RV that is only 2 years old which is under warranty,the refrigerator stopped cooling. all our food was spoiled, so we called Samsung while we were in Stockton they sent a company out to replace the compressor they came we paid a diagnostic fee they put in a compressor so we go on our vacation to Sparks NV and 3 days later it stopped working again so we call Samsung and they said we would have to pay another diagnostic fee cause we are in a new location and a different company has to come out so we said ok thought that was wrong but we agreed cause we need a fridge so they send Forrest appliance out which my husband called and told them on the phone our situation that the compressor was replaced by another company and we think there is a coolant leak so they come out they see it's a new compressor they ask if another company put a new compressor in we told them yes we told you that in the phone they said sorry we will not touch it we will not be reliable so they knew this coming in they made us wait a week which now we are 2 weeks without a fridge and than had the nerve to ask for 150$ diagnostic fee when they never diagnosed it they saw a new compressor and refused to work on it so knowing they were not gonna touch it and came for money sorry we will not pay them and want people to know they only want your money I do not recommend this company terrible customer service and never buy a Samsung they are very poor quality than the lady Sara calls and tells us the refrigerator can't be fixed cause it has no coolant we know that's a lie cause it can be reset and and parts can be ordered for it but they just didn't want to deal with it even the technician said he could fix it but he is not aloud to his Boss told him not to touch it bad service all together read more
