Just had the best experience using Coebra Appliance Repair. I left a vm for Brandon at about 2pm on Monday. He called within an hour to schedule an appointment to look at my dishwasher which was cycling incorrectly. I wasn't available on Tuesday so we scheduled the appointment for Wednesday within a 2 hour window 9-11. Brandon called me at about 9:30 to let me know he'd be out in about 15 mins. I was quite pleased how fast he got the part and fixed the problem. If I'm ever in need of repairs in the future I will be calling him again. I found out LG's have compressor problems which is good to know, eight year old refrigerator should have lasted longer.. So no more LG refrigerators for me. CALL COEBRA FIRST!!!!!! Our dishwasher wasn't draining, so I watched some videos trying to trouble shoot the problem. When I thought I had tried everything/done everything I was comfortable with, I called Coebra, and thank god I did. Brandon was so professional and efficient. He looked up my model online and helped me troubleshoot it over the phone, and it was working in 5 minutes! He saved us $300 in having someone (including maybe himself) coming out and looking at it, and I appreciate that so much. We will never call anyone else to service our refrigerator! About a year ago our refrigerator went out. We called another franchised repair provider. They changed out the compressor, but our refrigerator still wouldn't work. Needless to say, we were weeks without a refrigerator, and this repair person said we would need more expensive parts to get it running. While we waited for those "needed parts" to come in, we called Brandon with Coebra for a second opinion. He came out and found the issue right away. The other provider had welded the line shut when changing out the compressor. Brandon fixed everything within hours, had our refrigerator running smoothly, and he was incredibly reasonable with pricing! I can not stress that part enough. He is experienced, does solid work, and charges fair prices for the job! Fast forward a year later. Our ice maker stopped working. We called Brandon out again. He fixed the problem within an hour and charged a very reasonable price for his time! We cannot recommend him enough!
