I am able to troubleshoot and fix many appliances myself, but my washer broke while full of water and I was not able to properly get into it's diagnostic mode. With it full of water I needed to figure thing sout quickly, called Juan and left a message and he promptly called back to schedule a diagnostic for my washer. I ended up having to reschedule and he was flexible and tried to get me in asap. When he arrived he was pretty thorough and able to explain the repair and needed part. I highly recommend this company for their integrity, honesty, and professionalism. I had someone water my plants two years ago and they knocked a plant over. I had all my plants on towels and they threw the towel with potting soil all over it in the washing machine . Two years later I still have dirt on my washed close when I put them in the dryer. Both our washer and dryer decided to break down at fairly close points in time. We had Juan come out and he was punctual and ensured to keep his distance while working in our mud room. He also worse gloves which gave us extra assurance during this pandemic. He ran diagnostic tests and took apart our dryer to find the issues. He was able to fix the dryer and, although he makes his money off of fixing appliances, recommended we buy a new washer rather than spending hundreds of dollars on fixing it when it might break down again. He took the time to go get extra parts and he even pulled up washers he knows are reputable and a good buy. Before he left he wiped down the washer and dryer with a disinfecting wipe. I contacted Juan through Yelp and he responded immediately. We set up a time and he told me what he suspected was wrong with my oven and an approximate cost to repair it. On Wednesday, he texted me before he arrived at my house and arrived on time at 4 pm. He was incredibly polite and nice. He diagnosed my oven and then gave me a good quote with the actual part and labor. He had it repaired in 30 minutes.
