Poor communication: I called and asked about blood work prior to my wellness visit since I hadn't heard from them and was told I would need to see the Dr. first. I have been going to this place for 10 years now and always an issue with billing. While my Dr has been good I am finding another Dr to go to. They have posters all over the place including the room stating your Wellness visit is 100 % free to you (took a picture of the poster). Then they bill you the office visit you did not pay because it's free to you. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Called the billing department and the lady there was rude as can be, and stated I just wanted something for free! Then had the nerve to hang up when I questioned her about her comment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] How unprofessional can you be. I get MMT , multi mobile treatments they help with nerve damage and swelling and circulation. I have had almost 20 treatments and they have helped me so much. Swelling gone down and better circulation, less nerve pain. only 1/2 hour treatment. Depending what you need but 1-2 hour 1 or 2. a week. I am doing 1 every other week, now. It made so much different on my legs, easier to walk and less painful. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. FRAUDULENT BILLING PRACTICES HAPPENING HERE. ELDER ABUSE. This office has double and even TRIPLE billed myself and MULTIPLE members of my family. I have also witnessed them do it to other patients. I've been forced to leave my pain doctor (Ashish Sachdeva) because of their billing practices. I received a notice in the mail on March 20th that I owe $700.80 from NOVEMBER of 2022. Facts: I am a cash pay patient and have been since December of 2022. Every visit I must pay $285 up front to be seen. I had full insurance with a $35 co pay in November and the months prior. I saw Dr. Sachdeva in February and paid my normal $285.00. I also had a payment plan in place, which I owed $77 every month and the balance was $278.76. I am looking at a bill received March 3rd. Showing I owe $279.76. Now... when I look at this letter I received March 20th ALL of the dates and payments are EDITED. Making it look like I never paid these and I owe "$700.80". I'm APPALLED. Clearly 100% either double billed, or fraudulent. I called FOUR TIMES TO RESOLVE THIS. One of the times the woman on the phone said I had NO HISTORY OF EVER PAYING CASH $285.00. Again I called FOUR TIMES AND NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. It is now May 1 and they sent me to collections which is NOT EVEN LEGAL. PLEASE don't let your parents or grandparents go to this place where they can fall victim to this fraudulent scheme. I'm now in process of reporting their practice as I have PROOF of them editing my charges 5 months later as well as the proof they double billed my father. I also WATCHED them attempt to turn away an 80+ year old woman by saying she owed $50 from the previous year. She was stunned as she had always paid in full. She asked for the date she owed this $50, pulled up her bank account and showed them a $50 charge to her bank made by Pinnacle Care. Their reply was "oh oops, I'll take it off". DISGUSTING. Worst New PCP Appointment Ever [[HIGHLIGHT]]I am dealing with a life threatening condition, and when I arrived at this office I was forced to fill out a ridiculous questionnaire that repeated questions five or six times, (like "Do you feel weak?" "Do you have weakness?" "Do you feel weak?" etc.)[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I told the Office Manager With An Attitude I was not up to answering all these questions, she came out into the lobby to read them to me, a clear HIPAA violation.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] "Do you leak urine?" she asked me for example, in front of everyone in the waiting room. [[HIGHLIGHT]]She flatly refused to let me see the doctor without filling out all this nonsense.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Then I had the appointment with Dr. Conte, during which I told her I was having trouble sleeping due to my condition and its treatment. She prescribed a medication that has insomnia as one of its common side effects! I've been at this primary practice for several years. If you have a health issue the follow through on the problem does not happen. They DO NOT CARE what your health need is, they have a formula for billing for maximum income and that is their only concern. I can't recommend this practice to anyone. I know finding anyone in health care who actually provides health care is getting to be impossible, unfortunately it isn't available here. Although the NP, Furar is very personable and provides wonderful care the scheduling staff - customer service is to be desired. The wait times are atrocious, minimum 50 minutes to 1.5 hrs every appointment. Please allow yourself hours for a simple 10 minute appointment. They do not value your time. Furthermore, when scheduling you are sent to an agency and unable to speak to the office. They "take a message" so they can call you back. Again, the wait is longer than an amusement park. read more

First let me say that clinical staff at Pinnacle Care is excellent. I was given a new address and told the clinic was moving. I arrived at the given location at 9:15 and couldn't find the clinic.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I am 80 years old with chronic lower back pain and sciatica. Walking around the bldg and up the stars trying to find the clinic was very difficult for me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Finally, I walked into the Banner Clinic office and the office staff stated that there was an empty office across the hall but no occupied.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called Pinnacle from there only to find out that they had been delayed in moving and were still in their old location.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They had my appointment in their books for the day but never bothered to call me regarding the change of location also it was written down for the wrong time.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I made it to the old location I asked why they did not call me. The answer by the receptionist was, "How was I supposed to know?"[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I also was told that my appointment was in an hour and so I would have to wait. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was so put off by their attitude, lack of concern for having put an elderly patient through this, pain shooting through my back and legs that I just walked out.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There are so many more examples of inefficiency and rudeness but this was the final one for me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I really do believe the clinical staff here is very caring and I have never had any negative interactions with them. I usually enjoy this location, but as of lately a lot seems to be very unorganized. Couldn't get in contact with anyone from this location about my referral for an MRI that was supposed to happen over a month ago. I keep getting sent to other individuals to speak to, besides the one who put in my referral, who have no idea what's going on with my health and keep being told different. Billing issues. The lady who does billing and records request is rude. Better watch your bill as they make mistakes not crediting your payments correctly. If you need medical records I was told she's so far behind that she can't guarantee a timely manner on delivery of those records to another Dr! We had a terrible time with her. So unprofessional. The personnel turnover seems to have stopped since my earlier review, so I'm comfortable giving Pinnacle Care five stars. I should add that, over the years, the practice has become increasingly busy, (although still able to handle its patient load competently AND being able to handle walk-ins without appointments,) with, I am assuming, the increase in the number of patients being a tribute to the great word-of-mouth the practice has deservedly received. read more

This is a fantastic pair of doctors that care more about you then they might let on. I met Dr. Ashish on my first visit back in 2019, we are the same age and we hit it off really well; kind of wanted to go to dinner and hang out LOL! Both Dr. Ashish and Namida are so kind and compassionate, I never felt that before from a doctor. I am an Insurance Property Adjuster and didn't have a lot of time during the week to make appointments. I could not believe they had Saturday hours, that was great for me. My only regret was when I went in on Saturday, one of the other doctors saw me (Josh Johnson). I wanted to see my friend LOL!, but Josh was fantastic, the whole group is. While every doctor is not perfect, you cannot go wrong here. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

I feel like I should pack a lunch when I come here. I always arrive at least 15 minutes early, then get called back about 45 minutes past my appointment time. Once I go back to a room, I find that I wait another 15 minutes for anyone to come in. There was SO much turnover here as well. I never know which provider I'm going to see and it's like I'm a new patient every time I come in, trying to provide background and what not. read more

There are some individuals who care about their jobs but the front desk staff needs to be replaced. Otherwise, the doctor is quite informative and knowledgeable. I would like to come back and review this office, as I feel there is so much more I can say about this practice. First off, I would like to commend Stacey the front office MA, she never forgets patients name and greets the patients with a very caring, cheery heart. She just has the most impressive way about her. Props to Dr Schavia for hiring such a valuable member to this staff. Now, I would be horribly remiss if I did not mention COUNT DRACULA, who is the most amazing lab doctor, never ever had a bad blood draw. I love her too pieces very kind spirit. Another amazing asset to this practice. Last, but not least, I would like too commend Arthur and Rene, the most wonderful amazing PAs I have ever seen. I always ask for them. In a world where we often forget to be kind, they NEVERfirget to be caring. They listen with there hearts and care for you with there hearts. I truly would be lost without them. I went out of my way to re-schedule an appointment for an earlier date as I was running out of a prescription medication. No one called me back after I left several voicemails. Someone finally got back to me and claimed my phone number did not work. I was able to change my appointment to an earlier date. I spoke with Dr. N Sachdeva who was supposed to call in refills for my prescription medication. I went to the pharmacy yesterday to find that it was not called in. I started calling the office from 8am this morning only to be told that they don't know why it hasn't been called in and that "When the dr. frees up then the meds will be called in!" The person, Audrey, I spoke with was rude and not informative. All she could say was she does not know and if I want to book another appointment. Why would I book another appointment when I just had one yesterday? I usually see Dr. Ashish Sachdeva and have not experienced this problem before. Unfortunately, the brash rudeness and inconsiderate tone is going to make me highly consider finding a different medical provider. The office staff and Audrey, whatever her position is, should receive training in speaking to patients with consideration and just general decency. I find it extremely sketchy that it is so difficult to contact the medical provider and the person who is taking all these calls really seems to have no knowledge whatsoever the importance of getting a prescription refill on time and is inconsiderate of the fact that I had issues just getting a new appointment (no one would even call me) and then issues going to the pharmacy. Not everyone has time to go back and forth to a pharmacy when things that should be called in are not. I am still having issues as she can't say when the refill will be ready. This is the definitive review of Pinnacle Care Internal Medicine. If you read only one review let it be this one. My name is KathyJo Dennison and I have been a patient of Dr Ashish Sachdeva and Dr Namita Sachdeva at Pinnacle Care Internal Medicine for the last 12 years. I initially sought medical care for post-polio syndrome. Dr Ashish was not only instrumental in helping me procure a service dog but also told me that he would "walk this journey with me ", and he has!! During the next several years, both he and Dr Namita have provided excellent and extraordinary medical care for broken bones, heart issues, and neurological issues which ordinary primary care doctors would not provide. Their care has been outstanding in every way, as well as compassionate and kind. In 2021 my husband of 18 years was diagnosed by Dr Ashish with ALS which was confirmed at Barrows neurological center who provided the prognosis of a life span of 3-5 years. My husband passed in 8 months during which Dr Ashish provided professional and compassionate care every step of the way. Seeing my husband multiple times each week. Of special note is that both Dr Ashish and Dr Namita made multiple house calls to my husband when my husband was at the end of his life on hospice. During these visits, I kept thinking that Drs Sachdeva would be only examining him, but this was not the case. They came offering compassion, touching his arm with loving care and kissing his forehead gently. As you can very well imagine my grief has been over whelming and has resulted in physical, mental, and emotional exhaustion. Both Dr Namita and Ashish continue to care for me throughout this grieving process with the greatest of physical care and guidance, as well as tremendous compassion and understanding of the grieving process. For many of you who experienced perhaps delayed response time at the office during the COVID-19 close down, as all medical and dental offices experienced and are still experiencing, I wish to share with you that there is a new administrator who has been of great benefit in providing prompt care and appointments at the office .As staff members return to the office you will now experience prompt care, medical thoroughness, and timely responses , as well as a choice of more providers, as this outstanding practice grows. You will notice that the waiting room is now filled with smiling patients of which I hope you will become one of them. In closing I want to share with you that both Dr Ashish and Dr Namita are not only physicians who are compassionate and kind, but they are true healers in every sense of the word. My 91 year old mother had a cough for about a week that was becoming progressively worse. I took her to Pinnacle Care Peoria AZ on Saturday morning without an appointment to see Dr Ashish Sachdeva her doctor for a little over two years. He examined her, diagnosed her with bronchitis and treated her with a breathing treatment, IV prednisone, antibiotics and ordered labs and X-ray. I have never been to a doctors office that has been more caring, professional or efficient. Had I taken her to urgent care they would of sent us to the ER. Had we gone to the ER we would have been there for hours or perhaps even kept her over night. The visit at his office only took 3 hours. A couple hours later my mother feels and looks much better. We are so greatful for Dr Sachdeva's care. This is what medicine should be ! read more

Dr. Ashish Sachdeva is great, his staff leaves a lot to be desired. I saw him in July and the Dr. indicated that I have a rapid heartbeat and he recommended a heart monitor for me to wear just to get a record of what it was doing. He asked the staff to contact my insurance and let me know when one was available for me to come back. Still waiting for the call! I should note that I did call twice asking abut it only to be told they will check and call me back. Still waiting. I called to get an order for a routine annual mammogram sent over. They refused and said they would get back to me. Again still waiting. I called the office and get a recording that the office is closed (this was at 1:30 on a Friday) to call back during regular office hours, but no indication what those hours would be. It should be noted that their website said the office was open. I guess I'll just look for a different doctor. Unfortunately, we need to get through support staff to reach a doctor and his staff is not supportive. read more

Both my wife and I have been going to Pinnacle Care for the past few years now. While Dr. Namita is great, every time she visited the office, she had to wait for a long time; despite the fact she's always had an appointment. For that reason, she has been thinking of moving somewhere else. Last week, I myself went due to an ear infection. When I went to the pharmacy to pick up the meds, one of them was an eye drop. Since I had an ear infection, I wasn't sure why I got an eye drop. So I was going to call the doctor office the next morning. I also got an antibiotic that I took that night I had picked up the RX. A couple hours after I took the antibiotic, I profusely vomited for 3 hours. We were considering of going to an ER. Even called our insurance's 24 hour nurse on call and she had advised the same thing. However, we ended up decided not to. That early morning, we called the doctor office, asked them for an antibiotic replacement and to confirm if the eye drop they prescribed as indeed for my ear infection. We had called multiple times on Friday; were told that they would respond within 24-48 hours. Called again on Saturday. Finally, Monday morning they called back and they said for us to confirm the eye drop with the pharmacy (which I later did, and the pharmacy showed that was the prescription the doctor wanted and they advised us to double check with the doctor). The doctor office said, to schedule another appointment if I'm still not feeling good. They completely dismissed the idea of getting an antibiotic alternative. No doctors called us back, it was a person from the front office. Why can't any of the doctors call us back? obviously, they do not care about their patients. And the fact, we almost went to the ER meant nothing to them. All they need is get me an antibiotic alternative, since the one they gave me, I couldn't take it. And they need to confirm if the eye drop, was meant for my ear! We will definitely not be going back to this practice. Horrible service and all they care is getting more money. read more

I have been looking for a primary care for some time since i have been having some concerns because of my health. A good friend of mine referred me to Pinnacle Care Internal Medicine and said to ask for Dr. Ashish. I called and requested an appointment as a new patient as soon as they could fit me in, this was two weeks ago from today 2/20/19. The lady mentioned they couldn't fit me in till 2/20/19, i was a little disappointed, because of my health, but decided to wait it out because of the great referral from my friend, and I understand when it's a great doctor, the wait is long. On Monday i received a recorded messaged to confirm my appointment for today 2/20/19 at 4pm, and i confirmed it. Right now i received a call from Jessica from the office of Pinnacle Care on behalf of Dr. Ashish, telling me they have to cancel, she gave me no indication why or any reasoning, and said the earliest they can see me is March 5th at 11am, I mentioned, i was very disappointed and thought it was very rude, she then choose to say she could do March 5th at 3am, since i told her 11am is when i would be at work. When I asked to get the appointment at 4pm, she said she can't their schedule has changed. I understand schedules change, but how rude is it of a professional place, to call me the day of the appointment, just after two days of me confirming when i got an incoming recorded call to confirm the appointment for 2/20/19. Why was it not possible for them to give me the option to see someone else? I personally feel very discouraged and disrespected because i'm a new patient, and obviously no concern or care from a medical practice that took the oath to take care of their soon to be patient. I recently called and spoke to the Triage Dept. at Pinnacle Care stating I needed a new power chair ASAP because mine had broken down. I told them it was urgent because I could only use a power chair. I asked them to call my insurance company to get the name(s) of an in-network provider for the wheelchair. I have been a patient of Dr Namita Suchdava for 18 months. I did not hear from the doctor's office for a week so called them. They told me they had referred my request to a certain vendor. I checked with my insurance company. They said Dr Suchdeva's had NOT connacted them and the vendor the doctor's office was using was NOT in-network. I called the doctor's office and they told me I have to come into the doctor's office for an exam (my last one was 6 weeks ago) so they can tell the in network provider why I need a power chair - thus delaying my getting a wheelchair even further.
