It felt a little funny letting a stranger drive off with our only vehicle, but they returned it in ship shape. It smells like a new car and it is spotless. It feels good to support a local women-run business. Natalie is fantastic (didn't meet her daughter, I'm sure she's fabulous). We'll return to Magic Motorz for the magic touch!

I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. We had an appointment for repair work on Jan 12, but when I called to confirm that on the 7th, I was told they did not have the parts yet and it would take 2 weeks to get them. So we rescheduled for drop off on Jan 23, with work beginning on Jan 26. I confirmed the second appointment with Zack on the phone 2 days beforehand. When I arrived at the shop this morning, Steve said they didn't have the parts and didn't understand why I was there. He complained about the State Farm estimate calling for after market parts and not paying for new parts. He has had the insurance estimate for 2 months, and this was a known issue. No one ever called me for a discussion of what I was willing to pay for out of pocket or whether new vs used parts were a deal breaker for me. Classic Coachworks just let the problem fester and then Steve had a temper tantrum when I showed up for a scheduled and confirmed appointment. I warned him that he was about to lose a customer of many, many years, and he sent me away. A little bit of communication goes a long way, and this is a lesson that Steve desperately needs!
