I arrived a bit before the official opening time and I really appreciated that I was still warmly greeted. After turning my car over to the staff I was shown to the lounge and offered complementary beverages. When it was time to retrieve my car I like that a staff member ushered me to the enclosed garage where they worked on my car so I could inspect it before driving off. I walked around the car but didn't see anything that needed a touch up. I thought my car was relatively free of "stuff" before turning it over to the staff but apparently they found plenty of junk remaining which they gathered into a white trash bag during the cleaning process. I really liked this approach because it shows they moved the clutter to clean the nooks and crannies and it gave me the opportunity to sift through my car junk and to make a decision about what to keep and what to toss. The staff was very courtesy and customer-service oriented. Overall, it was a great experience and I will be much better about getting my car cleaned in the future.

After you come out of the wash, there's just one person wiping the exterior with a towel--no one actually cleans the vehicle afterward. My rims still had dirt on them, and there were other areas on the interior that clearly hadn't been cleaned. For $45, I expected a much more thorough job. He made sure my mirrors and cameras were not only clean but he got some moss/algae type stuff off of them as well. He even detailed my tires and wheels. It's hard to find someone that will wash an RV in the area because not everyone has the space and I can't do it in the storage yard. My…read morebody shop told me they couldn't buff it out and quoted R&R of some hardware and painting the door and adjacent fender. They suggested contacting Jed at Annapolis Detail Center (ADC) to see what he could do. I stopped by ADC. Jed said he could not make it perfect but he would do his best to improve how it looked at no cost to me unless I was happy with the result. He worked on the process while I waited. The overall result was excellent and I could barely see the small imperfection Jed had warned me about. I was delighted with the result as was my wife when I got home with her car (she thought it had been painted). Jed saved us a a great deal of money. He's friendly, skilled, and fair in his pricing.
