Wait time was minimal before being called in to pre-op on my surgery day. They have a big screen in the waiting room to keep track of patients which was pretty nice. Restrooms close by and clean. Sarah was my nurse and she helped me feel at ease during my procedure prep. We chatted and compared our Italy trips while she got me dressed and took vitals. My Dr came shortly before my surgery and went over a few things and left me in good hands. Everyone there was friendly and thorough in explaining what would be happening. Before I knew it I was wheeling into the operating room and given my anesthesia and lights out! I awoke in the recovery room and was asked by Joe if I was in pain. I was barely awake but said yes so he gave me some pain meds in my IV which helped quickly. I was able to wake up more and helped to get dressed to leave. I was wheeled out to my ride and felt ready to go. My only other hospital experience was with Renown but now I feel confident in going to NNMC in the future if necessary!

I was on hold for 35 frustrating minutes until I got connected with a representative who's command of English is "not exemplary", requiring me to ask her several times to repeat things she said so I could understand her. Despite the bill stating that payment in full was due "yesterday" (Sunday 2/22/26), I was told my bill was not "finalized" yet and that she could not set up a payment plan until it was. I asked when that would happen and she suggested I "call back in a week or two" (meaning: she didn't know). Extremely frustrating!!

You do have to jump through the ' let's make sure you're human' rings. As I walked in, the lady asked me if I had appointment. I told her I did and she told me to check in at the automated kiosk. Since I use LabCorp due to insurance, they had all of my information. All I had to do was scan my insurance card. Counter girl was efficient, a little friendly, but on a busy day, you can't expect much. Had to do a lot of tests, luckily it was only two vials of blood. The blood technician, not sure if it was a phlebotomist, perform a fairly painless blood draw. She was nice and friendly. I do recommend this place . Probably one of the better places and experience since I've had doing yearly blood labs.

I used to have to get lab work every 6 months for a years, but this was the only time I didn't mind getting my blood drawn. I wish I would have wrote the tech's name down that did my blood draw yesterday because she was phenomenal. Young Indian lady didn't even pinch me! I wish there was a way to request her in the future. Thank you again for being the only one that didn't hurt me with a blood draw. One rang the bell and the lady just kept telling them to use the kiosk, and when they said they were trying she kept saying use the kiosk, use the kiosk, use the kiosk. The person gave up and left. This person was not a English first language, the lack of help was appalling to me. Then the billing. I have visited several times and not showing payments posted. I called and asked for a statement of account. Any provider should be able to provide this, it is a list of services and payments. I was told I would be sent the statement, what I received was individual copies of bills. I noticed a payment was not posted, I called back and the person, says, "there is another bill". (Why do I not have it, I thought) I said I requested a full statement of my account. She said, "we don't do that, we can only send copies of individual bills" so I asked again to have a copy of every single bill sent so I can reconcile to make sure my payments are posted. I am now waiting for that, but I will not use Quest ever again. It is ridiculous that they can't print one statement for me with everything and they way they treated people in person was degrading. Go elsewhere if you can.

Again, I think I was the first customer at 9am?!?! Service - Mostly self service. Again, online appointment, self service kiosk. Online results. I had labs done last Saturday and my go-to place has always been the LabCorp on Mill Street…read more PRO-TIP: as soon as you find out you need lab work, go on-line make an appointment but act fast because the time slot gets snatched up quickly. LabCorp takes appointments (I'm not too sure about QuestDiagnostics). I arrived at the facility shortly before my 9:45 appointment time, leaving enough time to check-in at the kiosk and with the receptionist. The waiting area was full of people; it was standing room only. But fifteen minutes later, the phlebotomist calls me in to the office, draws my blood and I'm on my merry way! Appointments rule! The staff were pretty friendly and they tried to be as accommodating as possible. I do have a critique about the seating arrangement; I don't know why all the chairs were bunched up in the middle of the room instead of spread out like it use to be but this new close-knit arrangement makes me a little claustrophobic; I didn't like sitting that close to a person who may or may not be sick. Sorry but I didn't care for it. Other than that, I'd opt to go to LabCorp over Quest Diagnostics just for the sheet convenience of not having to wait 2 hours for a 6-minute procedure.
