The quality is outstanding, but what really stood out was the pride he takes in his work. He noticed and corrected details I never would have seen, even when leaving them alone would have saved him time. That level of care is rare. He showed up when he said he would, charged a fair price, and treated the project like it was his own home. He even came back for follow-up touch-ups and never once tried to rush through them. In fact, there were several times I was completely satisfied and ready to call it done, but Roman stayed longer and made it even better. He consistently held himself to a higher standard than I did. That's what impressed me most. I never felt like I had to inspect or manage the project. I could simply explain what I wanted and trust Roman to execute it with the skill and craftsmanship to make it beautiful.
