She was honest, realistic, and upfront about what to expect--and what might not be possible. That honesty gave me confidence we were making the right decision. As a first-time puppy owner, I wasn't sure what to expect or if puppies just naturally outgrow certain behavioral issues. Either way, this is the only formal training she has ever had, and the results speak for themselves. She came back so incredibly well-behaved. And has reminded well behaved. When we go out in public, people always come up to see her because she's cute, but what they *constantly* comment on is how exceptionally well-behaved she is for an 8-month-old puppy. It is so validating to hear that from strangers! I love and fully agree with Anthony's methods and what he does here. If you want a well-behaved dog, Powerhouse K9 is the only place to go. After working together for so long, Garnet's trust in me has developed to the point where we frequently get compliments from strangers on his focus and behavior. I can even walk closely next to well behaved dogs now without worry. Every session they are supposed to clean out the ears and remove the hair inside . My dog got an ear infection because how impacted his ears that you couldn't even see into his ear canal. They are also supposed to clip their nails and they miss one or two. They really cut corners here. Vet recommended not to take my dog here anymore.
