I was seated immediately by a very warm and friendly server, and given menus to look over. I was torn over so many starters that I decided to have them as a meal along with their well known pizza. I ordered the calamari fritti, the eggplant stack the Italian nachos and a wood fired Margherita pizza. While I waited, I was given some good bread as well as some tomato pie and it was all so tasty. The portions here are generous and I had to take a good amount home. No complaints here though as it was all delish. I can only imagine how good my leftovers will be next day. It's a big open room with a moderately sized and full-service bar. The food is well-made traditional Italian with generous portions. We've tried a lot of the menu and haven't been disappointed. The meatballs are great. The wait staff are attentive, conscientious and clearly care about your experience. This is a family place, but dress appropriately and only bring your kids if they're well behaved. This isn't a place for unruly toddlers or crying babies. There were two servers on for the evening covering and they seemed overwhelmed by the rush which was not our experience before. While the food wait was expected it did take a considerable amount of time to get out drink order taken and then to have it arrive. In between ordering and getting our drinks I noted out server taking care of 2 other tables bringing out food and drinks. It took about half an hour for the bread to arrive at the table.
