You have no one at the counter to speak to or ask any questions. Mind you, I was not expecting a fine dining situation, but once the food was ready and it came out on a paper plate, something in you sinks. You expect that sort of presentation from a BBQ joint. I don't expect the sole cook to have the ability to also do front of house tasks, but there was no signage indicating you're to retrieve your own plastic ware. Also, no napkins anywhere, and the dude was clearly trying to clean up and get outta there, so I didn't bother asking for any. As for the food, it was fine. Nothing to write home about. I got the chicken adobo since it's something I've had at friend's homes before, but this lacked some salt & omph. I didn't bother trying my partner's pancit. Although, he gave me a bite of shrimp that tasted over cooked.
