I really like this place - I do wish there were a few more things to do since its called an "entertainment center" but the food does the job, they have a variety of things at the bar, and bowling is.....bowling. Important to note that I am a very recreational, low key, not often bowler. We had our son's birthday party here, and have attended parties, and they do it right - right price, right amount of bowling, and very chill/low-key on last minute additions/subtractions to the party numbers. They were very helpful providing pitchers of water, etc and checked in on us throughout the party. The pizza and other food was really good. Came here last weekend or the weekend before? Came in the afternoon with my kids who love bowling. Man at the front desk and lady running the bar area were super friendly. Bowling was $8/ hour per person which is pretty decent. Not too huge on the inside but they weren't that busy and they have plenty of parking. We ordered some food which was good. Pretty clean inside and the bathrooms were as well. They have a volleyball area outside along with a bar out there which was closed for the season. First time going today. The service was good and pretty quick. We were a group of 9 and waited about 40 min for two sections, which is not bad at all considering it's the weekend. While we waited we ordered nachos, a 16' pepperoni pizza and a pitcher of water, and coke. They didn't take long to bring the food out and the pizza was a 10/10 I love that this place has a little of everything and everyone can enjoy a Saturday night either bowling with family and friends but also enjoy the live band. This place seemed family friendly at first and I seemed to ONLY enjoy it for 45 minutes of what I paid due to the fact that we "broke the lane" me and my girlfriend came to bowl along with her sisters and then they went on to shut off the lane and do some sort of what I assume to be "maintenance" without giving us an explanation, even after they were done. We waited and nothing happened so I decided to go up myself and ask the fat fuck of an employee on what was the issue.( reasoning above" he gave everyone else the friendly treatment and since we were the only group of color in there he thought it was right enough to kick us out. This was massively racially targeted towards us and im very disappointed on the service provided on this place. Never got no refund, no reasoning, only the words of " we will only charge you for what you broke" what a fucking dumbass. Place is as shitty as his attitude. read more

Pros: - Tech is up to date (great scoring, rails pop up for kids) - Large selection of balls and comfortable shoes - It is local Cons: - Disorganized management - lanes are super greasy - rules limit the fun We decided to do a small birthday gathering (two lanes) at Yorkville Bowl. Although the bread and butter of a place like this are leagues and booked events we were reassured the day we chose had a wide open window from noon to 4:30. We arrived at 2pm to find 75% of the lanes were taken with three private parties. The handful of lanes were tied up and there was a list to get a lane. The manager reassured us the kids parties all had a hard stop at 3pm but leagues started at 4:30 sharp. We decided to hang out in the bar, buy some drinks and snacks, and bring in the cake we had (just shift things around). We were told they refused to let the cake in. I explained we'd be buying food and drink and were told the manager has a strict policy against this. At 3pm I walked up to see what was going on. All parties were still playing. A couple of the moms told me the manager agreed to give the kids another 10 minutes. We also asked to pay and get shoes ahead of time so we'd be ready. We were told they don't work that way. So at 3:30 they finally started renting us shoes. We had time for exactly 1 game. The lanes are garbage. While we played they prepped the lanes around us for leagues. So you're trying to bowl but there's a machine tracking back and forth next to you. The point of my frustration is the complete disconnect in what we were told on the phone, what happened when we arrived, and how we were treated while there. read more

we went in there to bowl on sunday night and the sign and online said $3 for game AND shoes. we ring up 3 people and the man says $18? like whatt, then he said its $3 for shoe rental and $3 for game. and made us feel dumb saying "it clearly says that" like so rude and ridiculous. i said "oh well then we just wont do it bc its false advertising" and he just said "good for you" and walked away. he had a beard and buck teeth. fix your employees attitude and maybe you would have more business. this place is a ghost town. read more

Great place for my small family. I love that it's busy but not too busy. We like to have fun in places where it's not packed. I have young kids and sometimes with a lot of people they can get outta hand. Prices are fair. But not for food. That's typically the case. Lanes are fun and up to date. PAY CASH!!! I had a tab running while I was hanging with some friends listening to a great band. Only to be told that I, me, myself closed out my tab. Only to be presented with a signed receipt with someone else's signature. The guy JOSH swore up and down that he was there when I signed it. Obviously smoking something. I checked to see when the alley opened and not only online did it said midnight, but on the door when I pulled up said midnight. We arrived at 10:05 p.m and to our surprise it was completely empty. Not a single employee car, no customers, nothing. When I had tried to called I got nothing. Not sure why they closed early being that there is no holiday today, but this isn't the first time this has happened. Last time I had gone to meet people 4 hours before close on a holiday they had closed down. I understand wanting to go home on holidays but closing 4 hours early is unacceptable. We have gone a few weeks in a row now taking grown kids and grandkids. We have had a lot of fun. Great for different ages on the lanes as the bumpers go up and down depending on the skill as you set it prior to bowling. And the kids pictures throughout in different caricatures on the screen keep everyone laughing on family night. This is family friendly local bowling. We took the kids home returned and still enjoy the food, drink and music for all over 21. Won a little in the little adult game room! It was a fun day for all! read more

This is the worst bowling alley I've ever been to,they didn't have basic manegmemt when it came to lane assessment basic repairs like dead balls took over 20 minutes and we where told it would take 30 minutes to get a lane when it took 2 hours. read more
