The staff was caring, helpful and very effecient which is important when you have no idea what it's about. I was very pleased. In the past year, this store is under new management and the entire enviroment and staff has changed. There is no customer service. They never answer their phone and take days to return a call. I recently ordered bras and was told 3 weeks later when I checked back that they had never been ordered. When you go to the store they are very disorganized and not at all helpful or caring. Would suggest you go elsewhere as I will be doing.

I got email that 1 hour photos were ready for pick up. I got there and couldn't find them. Fine- then immediately reprint them. Employee printed out the WRONG batch. Ended up waiting over ONE HOUR for my photos to come out, because she claimed there were many orders ahead of mine on their computer system. Instead of just apologizing and giving them to me for like HALF off or even compting them, threw me an attitude. Drastically understaffed and untrained. Everything is locked up at this store. Bad Vibes.

Right away they told me they were closed and could not help me. The man behind the counter was already in the process of closing out registers.... Which means he started to close out the registers way before 6:00pm. They refused to help me. The girl at the counter and the man at the pharmacy were very rude and totally disrespectful. What store doesn't help the only customer in line one minute after they closed??? Does CVS corporate know that they are closing the registers before the actual closing time? I've had it with CVS. Using a private pharmacy from now on.

Darlene Weber from Golden Care was a lifesaver for me when my mom was hospitalized abruptly then…read morewanted to come home to recover. Mom wasn't mobile at the time, and Darlene and the Golden Care team went overboard to find enough helpers to allow her to be at home. Darlene was also an incredible resource for information about at-home care - from the supplies we needed to which items of "durable medical equipment" we should request from the hospital based on insurance coverage. She even went out of her way to be there when PT and OT providers came so that her caregivers could help mom do the exercises in between visits. She was also incredibly responsive and accommodating even when our plans shifted multiple times. I can't recommend Darlene and the GC team strongly enough.

When I first called, I was told there was one caller ahead of me, which I didn't mind. I waited 15 minutes before being sent to voicemail. I called back three more times over the next hour--each time, someone picked up and immediately hung up. When I finally reached someone, she asked if I could hold. I politely said no and explained I had been trying all morning. She asked for my info to verify the prescription, told me it would be ready in four days, and then abruptly hung up without giving any explanation or confirming whether they were out of stock. I understand being busy, but this was beyond unprofessional. No communication, no courtesy, and no regard for someone trying to avoid a gap in essential medication. I'll be transferring to a more reliable pharmacy.

One of our physician offices keeps sending that prescription to a different pharmacy, so I tried calling Von's pharmacy several times for help and they never picked up their phone. I finally decided to go in person and waited in line and explained the situation and asked Von's to contact my doc's office so the prescription would definitely go to the right pharmacy and they refused to contact the office, I had to call the office again myself. This is for a topical cream, and a local doctor. So don't let them talk you into transferring your scripts in unless you don't mind having to go in person for help and then not getting any!

They even went out of their way to help me get a medication that another pharmacy told me was "no longer available." Turns out, it was available--they just didn't want to cover the cost.
