Correct bottle but the wrong pills inside! Good thing I know what my pills should look like. When I brought them back in all they said was "whoops".

I came in specifically to stock up on sunscreen during my visit to San Diego county as I had forgotten to pack it in my luggage. When you're in sunny San Diego, you better lather up before you burn! As I walked in the store, the staff greeted me and as I was browsing the aisles, they inquired and directed me to where I needed to go for the sunblock options. I appreciated them taking time out of their morning restocking and inventory runs to help me out. The sunblock section was organized and had nearly every brand you could have wanted including the Blue Lizard one we typically use. Sprays and lotions were available with varying SPF ratings. To top things off, many of them had deals to earn you additional CVS cash that can be used at the store for future purchases. When I went to go pay, they primarily had self checkout kiosks. It was quick and easy but should you need any assistance, the staff are at the ready to get you sorted. Overall, CVS shines in its convenience and this one is well stocked for all of your everyday needs. What truly makes the difference for me was the level of customer service offered from the first step in the store to the checkout process. I was satisfied with my experience with the store because of its friendly staff and the abundance of options for each type of item. When the need arises, CVS has what you need when you need it!

When we went inside, we saw a lot of Halloween decorations on display. I went to look for what chips and soda bottles they and here. I found it easily and got what I wanted. They did have some items behind a locked cabinet. I didn't have any issues here and found parking just fine. They also have a machine next to the entrance where you can look for coupons.

I prioritize efficiency in my life and they are a rare example of being all aspects - efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and so welcoming.

Which means he started to close out the registers way before 6:00pm. They refused to help me. The girl at the counter and the man at the pharmacy were very rude and totally disrespectful. What store doesn't help the only customer in line one minute after they closed??? Does CVS corporate know that they are closing the registers before the actual closing time? I've had it with CVS. Using a private pharmacy from now on.

Fertility treatment is a physically and emotionally strenuous time, and I can not stress enough how incredibly relieved I am to have picked Rancho Santa Fe Pharmacy to handle my medication. Not only do they beat other pharmacy prices, which is such a relief with all of the expenses that come along with fertility treatment, especially when our insurance didn't cover any of it; but they made this very stressful situation go much smoother with their phenomenal services. The professional and friendly staff really goes above and beyond and takes the time to answer your questions and to get your medications shipped to you quickly; which is great when you find out that you have to order more meds at the last minute. The owner Jason really knows how to run an exceptional business and is so personable. He understands the toll that fertility treatment causes individuals and truly cares about his customers and their needs. Jason went above and beyond to personally call us multiple times and handle concerns that my husband and I had, and at times was like a friend to us, listening and offering us kind words. I feel grateful to have made the right decision in picking this pharmacy and to have done business with Jason and his staff. Great staff. Great service. I am really impressed with this pharmacy. The customer service is excellent - the staff is very friendly, patient, helpful, caring, and great communicators. All the staff are great and go above and beyond. When I picked up my medication. I realized a problem with two injection meds that were broken, I called the pharmacy. I spoke with customer service and explained the problem. After 30 mins Mr. Jason called me. He was so patient and extremely comforting. I am grateful for him taking the time to resolve this issue, hearing out what I have to say, and most importantly, handling my situation with respect and professionalism It was amazing to me that, even though this was not a mistake in pharmacy, he was so willing to go above and beyond to fix the problem. Everyone I've spoken with at Santa Fe has been wonderful. Thank you again Jason for your kindness and support! My experience with Rancho Santa Fe Pharmacy has been exceptional. Jason went above and beyond to ensure that I would receive my medications. Infertility treatments can be very taxing and medications need to be administered in a very timely fashion. Even though my package was mishandled by Fedex twice, Jason swiftly dealt with the anxiety provoking situation by tracking the shipment regularly and shipping out a new package to ensure that I would receive my medications on time. In the meantime he communicated with me on a regular basis and kept me up to date during the entire process. It was reassuring that someone else genuinely cared about my situation and was willing to put in so much time to ease my anxiety and to get my medications delivered in a timely manner. This pharmacy is simply amazing. If I could use this pharmacy for all of my medications moving forward I would. My IVF medications did not get delivered to me on time due to a FedEx error. I called this pharmacy and they helped me arrive at a solution so that I would get my medication by the time I was due to start them. I was quite distressed when I called and Jason was so caring over the phone. He eased all my worries and fixed the situation. If all companies were like this one the world would be a better place. The staff at Rancho Santa Fe Pharmacy is dedicated to facilitating the process as much as possible for their clients. They work closely with doctor's offices and there prescriptions are at a discounted price. They go above and beyond. I was running 20-30 minutes behind and they stayed opened for me to get my fertility medications. Brian and Mireya were very kind to stay behind and explain every prescription. We had some significant medication expenses. Our Dr. referred us to RSF Pharmacy as they provided the best pricing but they did so much more as well. The staff spent long periods of time with me on the phone helping me understand the details of the drugs, insurance coverages, and how to ensure we got the best available pricing. Just got off the phone with Jason from Rancho Santa Fe pharmacy. Jason was very personal and kind. I was unable to pick up my trigger shot on time and when I got it, it was no longer cold. I had to purchase a different medication. I left a message for Jason and he returned my call the next day and gave me a refund for my medication.
