We gave them a date of when we wanted to stop our service and since it was less than the full 2nd month, they gave us back a few bucks to compensate. The storage facility is very secured. Its a one code to use thats easy to memorize as its your own code to get into the facility, out of the facility, and use the elevator. Unfortunately when youre moving things out and into the elevator, its timed. So you have to rush to use the code, get yourself into the elevator, and click that floor button. Side note: there is limited parking inside so if youre having a lot of people help you, be mindful.

The trucker turned out to be a complete liar, which we learned when so much of our stuff was waterlogged. Good thing the movers at our final destination (Washington state) took video of water pouring into the truck in the rain. During the move into our new place I tried to get hold of Bellhop via phone (AI assistant- super annoying, didn't result in a call for 5-6 hours) and text. They completely dropped the ball. By a miracle, our stuff arrived in ok shape, even though the boxes were soaked. I only filed a claim for an expensive linen lampshade, even though we did end up with some scratches on the furniture. Just got back the claim result: they are offering me ONE DOLLAR AND TWENTY CENTS. My annoyance and disgust with this company is very, very high. Awful.

UPDATE: got somebody to call me back to tell me why the website price is lower than what I'm paying. She said the "website price is to lure new customers and they will get a rate increase to match what I'm paying in six months." We chose not to move a significant amount of furniture and belongings but we still had a lot to move. We packed everything ourselves so we took responsibility for breakage but only 2 glasses were broken in a box where I did not pack enough newspaper around them. They were scheduled to begin at 8AM on a Thursday and 4 men and the owner of the company showed up right on time. The owner left after checking in and telling me we were in capable hands. Everyone seemed to know each other and they worked like a well oiled machine. I could not believe how much each man carried. Sometimes they would put 6 heavy boxes on a dolly or one man would handle a huge chest of drawers. They worked like demons and took minimal breaks. The truck was loaded by 11:30AM and they were at my new place by 12:30PM and ready to unload. They knew right where to go and what to do but there was some delay because the complex did not initially unlock one of the doors. They had to park the truck outside the building and carry everything through the parking garage, through an interior door and up 4 floors on an elevator. Then they had to carry back the same distance because our apartment was at the end of a hallway. We had a complex bed and set of office furniture that had to be disassembled and reassembled on site and that took some extra time. The work was done by 4:30PM and they billed by the hour for the 4 man crew. The cost was a bit more than originally quoted by that was the nature of the work. Everyone worked hard all day with great efficiency. As we left our old house, the last thing they said to me was to check and make sure we had not forgotten anything and I walked through the house to be sure. In my haste, I overlooked 2 boxes which I later took in my car the next day but more importantly, I overlooked a safe that I could not lift. I called the company 2 days later and explained what happened. they told me they had a crew working in the same retirement complex and sent them over to pick up my safe and stand at no extra charge. These guys are top notch.

Cons: This is a small moving company (but hey! Support small business), If the client before your scheduled time gets delayed (they cannot control elevator traffic nor i5 closures), your scheduled time will also be affected. But if you are flexible, they will make sure everything will be done same day! So I guess, make sure your whole day is clear or schedule the first appointment they have which is 7am. They were all $20 a day plus mileage, so nothing that can move a whole apartment.
