The touch scree wouldn't let me pay via credit card as it was an option and screen froze several times. Order was placed. We waited and waited and waited; then I pressed the order button again and was asked for my order - I said we ordered like 20 minutes ago - he said I'll be right back. Later the car hop came out with our order. Said she was new and didn't know the order sitting there who it belonged to so she let it set.
