Baked perfectly, the crust was perfect and the sauce and toppings were flavorful and just the right amount. Not greasy and not overloaded. The pricing was much better than what I usually pay for the same pizza at a different pickup place. This is my new pizza place! The Momma Mia is my usual type, but I am willing to experiment with different varieties with this pizza shop. Pizza for breakfast is such a treat and the leftovers taste as good as the first day. The crust is massive, decently crispy on the bottom and big enough to hold itself up. The crust edge has the crispy outside and a doughy center. A side of sauce is needed for optimal enjoyment of the crust. The cheese is plenty and has a nice pull to it. The highlight of the pizza is the red sauce. This sauce is quite the opposite of what you might find on a margarita. Instead of light and sweet this is deep and rich in flavor. I want to say it is perfectly seasoned, not too much or too little of any spice, and it still has a bit of the tomato sweetness hidden underneath. We had the Chicago Meat Lovers which was fine but I think I'd rather order just a cheese or just one topping next time. The amount of toppings you really experience while eating doesn't have that much of an impact and the best parts are not the toppings here. We also had the French bread cheese pizza which I would highly recommend. Lots of cheese and perfect amounts of oregano on there. Seats and tables are a bit sticky but that's what you expect from an old world pizza place. The staff is lovely and I will be back.

What I did try was the stellina spritz flight. So that's what I'll be reviewing! For $10 during HH, you can try 3 of Stellina's spritzes. The classic aperol, blackberry ginger, and lemon lime. All of which were so delicious and well balanced. And for $10, this is a great deal! I believe $12 usually. Now I like a classic aperol (they just call it the Stellina) spritz, but it's fun to try some different flavors! The second best is lemon lime and I'd say my third choice is blackberry ginger.
